Jaleo by José Andrés Disney Springs | Chef's Tasting Menu
Today we’re sharing a dining review of Jaleo by Jose Andres located in Disney Springs in Orlando Florida. Jaleo is open both lunch and dinner, and here they specialize in authentic Spanish tapas, paella, and also have a wonderful variety of sangria and Spanish cheese and wine.
The dinner menu at Jaleo has a variety of offerings including the Chefs Tasting Menu, and tapas of Appetizers, Cured Meats, Cheeses, Vegetables, Soups and Salads, Fried tapas, Sandwiches, Jose’s Way, Seafood, Meats, and Large Plates for sharing.
During my visit I tried out the Jaleo Experience, which includes a tasting of classic and traditional tapas as well as some of their most popular favorites. I also wanted to sample some of their wines to pair with the tapas, so I added on the Spanish Sips to enjoy specially selected Spanish wines to pair with each course of the tapas menu.

Jaleo by Jose Andres at Disney Springs | Full Chef's Tasting Menu | Walt Disney World 2022
Join us for dinner at Jaleo by Jose Andres at Disney Springs. This restaurant is located at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World. This is our first time at Jaleo and we decided to try the most popular tapas from the Chef's tasting menu which is the Jaleo Experience. The tasting menu has about 14-15 different tapas including deserts. You can also add the Spanish Sips or the Sherry tasting which is wines or sommelier selected sherries to pair up with your Jaleo experience for an addironal cost. This Jaleo experience was $95 per person plus the drinks were an additional cost to our dinner. They do have several delicious items or tapas on the menu and you do not have to chose the Jaleo experience. We chose to have the Jaleo experience to share with all of you. All of the tapas and drinks were super delicious and some of the food was fun and were interesting. We loved the stories that inspired and the name behind some of the food. We really did enjoy our first time dining experience at Jaleo. There is so many different options for everyone in the family. The restaurant ambiance was casual and did not make you feel stuffy as you can be in a fine dining restaurant. The service was incredible from our server Bebo and all the restaurant team. If you do get the opportunity to dine at this wonderful Spanish style tapas restaurant we recommend it. We hope you enjoy taking this dining experience with us. Jaleo by José Andrés Disney Springs (BEST Disney group dining!)
Jaleo by José Andrés at Disney Springs is perhaps the best Disney World restaurant for group dining! Why? It's possible to get a reservation which is a real challenge for many of top restaurants at Disney Springs AND because it's meant to be shared. Bonus? You don't have to fly to Spain!
I included tidbits of my personal opinion in the video, including hints at my favourite dishes particularly the peppers that accompanied the ribeye were exceptionally memorable. I found the food to be of high quality, but it is a challenge to figure out how many of each dish to order so everyone has an equal opportunity to try some of it. I felt that our server was knowledgeable and friendly. It was an enjoyable experience to try a number of dishes that aren't widely available elsewhere, and Jaleo is a great addition to Disney Springs.
As always, I do consider all travel experiences to be luxuries not to be taken for granted, and I hope you do as well.

Jaleo $40 Magical Dining menu ???????? Disney Springs food review 2023
Jaleo magical dining at Disney Springs is a special offer that allows you to enjoy a four-course vegan or non vegan disney world food tasting menu of Spanish cuisine for only $40 per person. The menu features dishes such as pan con tomate, croquetas, paella, and flan, as well as optional wine pairings and upgrades for this disney magical dining menu. Jaleo is a restaurant by Chef José Andrés, who is known for his innovative and creative approach to cooking. Jaleo means “revelry” or “uproar” in Spanish, and the restaurant aims to capture the festive spirit of Spain with its lively atmosphere and colorful decor. Jaleo is the first restaurant in North America to offer a full menu of Spanish cured meats, cheeses, and wines but they also have allergy friendly options as well as vegan disney world food options. Jaleo has a unique design that resembles an artichoke, with petals that open up to reveal different dining spaces. The restaurant also features a mural of a bullfight by Spanish artist Okuda San Miguel. Jaleo is part of the World Central Kitchen, a non-profit organization founded by Chef José Andrés that provides meals to people affected by natural disasters and humanitarian crises around the world. Magic Dining does not allow walt disney world annual passholder discounts however the traditional dining experience does allow for discounts. That is because a portion of the proceeds for Magical Dining goes towards local non-profit organizations. The set price of the meal is $40 per person but you can add additional options. Items without a price were included in the cost of Magical Dining.

Jaleo by Jose Andres Tasting Menu Experience at Disney Springs
For the past year we have been waiting to have dinner at Jaleo by Jose Andres at Disney Springs for a Tasting Menu Experience because we always ask, What to order? A tasting menu removes that decision and lets you have the highlights of the menu.
Now that for travel travel restrictions to Disney World in Orlando, Florida have been eased. We were able to get reservations to Jaleo. We really wanted to try this restaurant by Jose Andres. He is an award-winning chef and humanitarian. He is a James Beard and Michelin Star Chef. Jose has also served millions of charitable meals to feed the hungry through World Central Kitchen.
I remember they were doing construction on the restaurant in 2019!!!
The Jaleo tasting menu experience started with Course 1 Jose’s Way Cones made 2 ways, one with Salmon Tartare and the other with Tomato Marmalade. Course 2 Liquid Olives. Course 3 one Super Flauta with Manchego Cheese and the other 48 Hour Serrano Ham. Course 4 one beet and one tomato gazpacho. Course 5 Endives with Goat Cheese, Oranges and Almonds. Course 6 Fennel Salad with Apple. Course 7 Traditional Bean Salad. Course 8 Chicken Fritters displayed on a Pillow. Course 9 Egg over Ratatouille. Course 10 Fried Eggplant with Honey. Course 11 The Very Very Famous Tapa of Shrimp Sauteed with Garlic. Course 12 Carne Asade. Course 13 Sauteed Spinach with Pine Nuts, Raisins and Apples. Course 14 the Dessert of Chocolate Custard, Spanish Custard and Flan.

What I love about tasting menus is when the server explains what is being served. The server and crew really get to know the ingredients and shares stories about how the dish was created or sourced from. It’s nice to get know what you are about to consume.
The cost per person for this Jaleo by Jose Andres tasting menu was $85 for 14 courses and 20 dishes. By comparison. Eleven Madison is a 12 course meal for $335. The tasting menu experience at Blue Hill at Stone Barnes costs $295 for 27 dishes.

We went over to Disney Springs for the grand opening of Jaleo by José Andrés, the very first restaurant in Disney World! We even had the chance to sit down and chat with Nate of Paging Mr. Morrow! The authentic Spanish food, and service here was amazing!

Looking for the best last minute lunch at Disney Springs? Look no further than Jaleo - located near Splitsville and the AMC movie theater. This restaurant will almost always have a last minute reservation for lunch (tip: check Open Table, not the My Disney Experience app). They serve Spanish tapas style dishes, and they are beyond delicious. We are still dreaming about that paella!

The brand new Jaleo restaurant by José Andrés is finally open at Disney Springs! The restaurant brings traditional tapas (appetizer-style bites) straight from Spain to Walt Disney World.
Hop along with us as we take you through this cultural experience perfect for foodie frogs. The restaurant offers a large dining area (0:50) complete with an open kitchen (0:57) and a full-service bar (1:13). Let’s not forget about the traditional Spanish cuisine such as patatas bravas (2:01), jamón ibérico (2:23) and the mouthwatering open-fire paella (1:25) … of which you can try three different versions. Make sure to bring the whole family and come hungry!
