$1000 Film Camera VS $5 Disposable
Will an expensive $1000 film camera outperform a cheap $5 disposable film camera? In this video we test it out and compare the image quality and differences between my Voigtlander Bessa R2a which cost a lot more than the cheap disposable i picked up from a local walmart. To keep the tests as controlled as possible i used the same film also set the cameras up to shoot with very similar settings.
I expected the more expensive camera to blow the disposable out of the water with image quality and for the most part I was right BUT the disposable didn't do that bad compared to the expensive camera. Matter fact I think the disposable gave the R2A a run for its money. At the end of the day the bessa was still sharper but does it justify the price of being $950 more? That's something only you guys would know the answer to. A film camera isn't always about the image quality because come on we're not shooting digital where pixel peeping is the norm. Film cameras are suppose to give you a certain feel and experience when shooting them, also the metering systems within them are extremely important as well. It all depends on the camera user! 10 Most Insane School Rules In South Korea
10 Most Insane School Rules In South Korea
For copyright matters please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Most schools have the usual rules such as being dressed, showing up on time, and being quiet in the classroom. Usual school days are usually Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day. School break is during the summer and we all get a few months off to enjoy the sun and take a nice vacation.
But things are not the same when it comes to other countries, and we found some strange rules in South Korea which might make you happy you don’t live there. Before we jump into the video, make sure you are subscribed and turn on notifications so you will be the first to know when we release a new video. Now check out these 10 strange school rules in South Korea.
No Shoes - You probably know about the Asian tradition of taking off your shoes before entering a home. Well, the shoe etiquette goes beyond the house and into the classroom when it comes to students in South Korea.
Strange Bathroom Rules - Like all the other schools in the world, to go to the toilet, you just have to ask for a pass to leave the classroom. And in many countries, the school supplies all the stuff like paper towels or toilet paper. But South Korea has a different system.
School Uniform – The majority of secondary students in South Korea have to wear a uniform called a ‘gyobok’. From the start of middle school and up the uniform is strictly monitored and students must wear one. The uniform usually consists of a shirt, blazer, and tie, with skirts for girls and long trousers for boys. In addition to uniforms being standard, students also have standards for which they must wear their hair.
The Five Year Teacher-Principal Rotation Cycle– Teachers in South Korea don’t end up staying at the same school as most teachers in other schools and universities in places like the United States for instance. After each five-year term at the school, everyone including the teachers, the vice-principal, and even the principal of the school go through a lottery-type system and have to change schools.
Take Out The Trash – Most public buildings including schools in different parts of the world have their own staff to keep them clean. The only thing that students have to worry about is their studies. However, If you’re a student in South Korea, then you get to clean up the school yourself.
Extra Lessons – When it comes to international tests, South Korea has some of the highest achievers. This is probably due to those 12+-hour Saturdays and other long days of study. For many students, a double-shift of school every weekday is a normal thing. Students attend classes from 7:30 AM, and then it’s lunchtime at 1:00 PM. At 5:00 PM school ends and self-study or special classes begin. At 7:00 pm there is dinner at school for one hour and at 8:00 PM self-study continues.
Sleeping in class – One needs to wonder if it’s actually allowed to sleep during classes in South Korea. A survey was conducted that found one-third of students in South Korea sleep during class. In fact, it’s a normal thing to see 10-30 students passed out on their desks, and some fast asleep.
No Homecoming Events – In U.S. High Schools, there is a dance at the end of the high school year called a promenade dance or as it’s sometimes called, ‘homecoming’ where students get dressed up nice, get a date and head to what many say is one of the most important and memorable time of the end of your high school year.
Punishment – Every school has some type of punishment system for not doing what you’re supposed to be doing, or when certain people such as troublemakers or bullies need to have some discipline. A lot of different things can happen such as ending up in detention or worse, having to stay after school and write 1000 times
Limited vacation – In most schools around the world, there is no school during the summer for many reasons. Some of those include the fact that it’s way too hot to sit in a classroom and do schoolwork, and who wants to be stuck inside during beautiful summer days when there are better things to do such as play on a beach or hang out with friends. And it’s usually the time when families take vacations.
We hope you enjoyed this video, and don’t forget that if you want to be first to know when we release a new video make sure to click subscribe and enable notifications. We appreciate you and want to thank you for watching.

Berlin, Germany Travel Guide - Must-See Attractions
Berlin is the capital city of Germany and one of the 16 states of Germany. Berlin is situated in northeastern Germany.
The most important places to visit in Berlin are: Checkpoint Charlie (its name was given for the Berlin Wall crossing point between East and West Berlin during the Cold War), Berlin city hall (built in Italian Renaissance style, its construction lasted from 1861 to 1869. Along with the State Government of Berlin it is also the office of the city's Governing Mayor), The Potsdam Castle (located about 15 miles outside of Berlin, the castle is a gorgeous masterpiece nestled amidst vineyards. This lovely structure is so exquisite that it is often regarded as the German equivalent of The Palace of Versailles), Reichstag (the seat of German Parliament. Built in 1894, it housed the Parliament of the German Empire and the Weimar Republic. In 1933, a suspicious fire in the Reichstag propelled the Nazi regime to power), The Holocaust Memorial (is a tribute to the millions of Jews killed by the Nazi government. It consists of 2007 stone slabs spread over an area the size of three soccer fields), Museum Island (located in the center of Berlin on the river Spree, it has many world-renowned museums. Due to the art and history that is preserved here, the island is a UNESCO Heritage Site), Brandenburg gate (completed in 1791, this gate is a symbol of Germany. After World War II, the gate was one of the 8 checkpoints between East and West Berlin), Berlin Cathedral (centuries old, this historic landmark has been treasured by all of Germany. Several grand domes adorn the top of the cathedral. Its striking beauty makes the trip worthwhile), Charlottenburg Palace (Berlin's largest royal summer palace. Constructed in the late 17th century. this large, ornate landmark houses a 200-year-old mausoleum that served as a royal burial ground) and many more.
This video offers a lot of tips to help you plan the perfect vacation. If you want to save time and money, the most important Berlin travel tip is to compare prices before booking a hotel room or a flight. You can do this for free on a site that searches through hundreds of other travel websites in real time for the best travel deals available.

The Bruce Trail - 500 km in 6 mins
Bruce hiked the Bruce Trail end to end on a broken thru-hike within 10 months.
The first 400 kilometers were completed as a thru-hike in 12 days of Sept 2018. Unfortunately, Bruce had to stop due to injury... the last 500 kilometers was completed in July 2019 as a thru-hike with his good friend Chris Abbott. Roughly from Creemore Ontario to Tobermory. This time all was good.
This video is a 6 minute peek at the last 500, or northern 500 km of the Bruce Trail.
There are more daily videos to come.
