Nach über 14 Jahren Bauzeit wird der neue Berliner Hauptstadtflughafen BER Berlin-Brandenburg im November 2020 in der größten Krise der zivilen Luftfahrt eröffnet.
Ich schaue mir an ob sich das Warten gelohnt hat und fliege mit dem Eurowings A319-100 D-AGWE von CGN Köln-Bonn nach BER Berlin-Brandenburg.
Unter anderem werfe ich einen Blick in die neue Business Class und Senator Lounge der Lufthansa.

Vlog 279: Der zweite Teil meiner Flugroute nach Dresden beginnt in Stuttgart. Von dort fliege ich mit einem Airbus A319 der Germanwings im Auftrag der Eurowings nach Dresden. Mein persönliches Highlight des Fluges war der Service, denn sogar in der Economy-Class wurden die Gäste mit Namen angesprochen - ein Service, den es sonst meist nur in der First-Class gibt!

Follow me on my flight EW2140 onboard the Eurowings Airbus A319 D-AGWE from Stuttgart (STR) to Sylt / Westerland (GWT). The video covers terminal views, boarding, taxiing, takeoff and climb, cabin views, descend into cloudy Sylt airport and landing on Runway 14. I was in seat 22A.

TRIP REPORT | Eurowings | Airbus A319 | London Heathrow - Hamburg | Economy SMART Fare
In January I flew from London Heathrow (LHR) to Hamburg (HAM) with Eurowings/Germanwings booked on the SMART tariff. Some time last year they changed what the SMART Fare has to offer, this means you no longer get a free snack and drink included. Instead priority boarding is included in the price although in most cases, it does not feel like priority boarding as quite a few people book the SMART Fare as it includes luggage and free seat reservation. Despite the changes the flight was still enjoyable despite the bumpy takeoff and the dirty window where I was sitting making the footage quality not as good as some of you might expect.
