Last July, I went to Busan, which has beautiful beaches. Many people come to Gangwon-do, Namhae, Jeju, and Busan as their most popular destinations during the summer vacation season.
Let's go from Haeundae, where you can fully enjoy Busan's wide sea and blue sky, through Mipo and Cheongsapo to Songjeong. You can take the popular beach train or capsule train, but you can also take a walking tour along the Green Railway. Absolutely I highly recommend Busan if you come to Korea!

Haeundae Beach is one of Korea’s hottest summer destinations, attracting over 10 million visitors every season. Its 1.5 km white sandy beach is lined with many entertaining facilities, attracting men and women of all ages from all parts of the world. Haeundae Beach has become the most popular spot for foreign tourists and vacationers from all over the country who enjoy swimming and sunbathing on a sunny beach.
Songjeong Beach, known as one of the three major beaches of eastern Busan alongside Haeundae and Gwangalli, is a popular family vacation destination thanks to its shallow waters and gentle slope.
Sampo Coastal Trail
The no. 1 famous attraction in Mipo Port is Mipo Railroad, which extends to the next port, Cheongsapo. This railroad was designed to function as one of the tracks for the Donghae Nambu Line. However, it was remodeled to be a walking trail after being decommissioned in 2013 and now is widely known by many tourists.
The scenery with the railroad surrounded by the vast ocean attracts both tourists and locals in Busan. As you walk along the tracks, you will have a deep appreciation for what has been lost. For such memories to last, walk further on the trail where you will find a small tunnel for a photozone, which is most loved in Mipo Railroad.

Haeundae Beach is an urban beach in Busan, South Korea. Often dubbed one of the country's most famous and popular beaches, it is located in the eponymous Haeundae District.
The beach is open year-round, and various festivals are held there throughout the year. A popular beach event, Polar Bear Club, during which participants bath in near freezing water, has been held annually since 1988 in January.
Haeundae is closely associated with cinema, as it partly hosts the Busan International Film Festival, and was featured prominently in the 2009 disaster film Tidal Wave.
Popular sights near the beach include Dongbaekseom, at its west end, which is a popular fishing area. Oryukdo, a group of small islets east of the beach, which are considered a symbol of Busan. The neighborhood surrounding Haeundae is home to most of Busan's expatriate population.
Due to its fame, Haeundae is one of the most expensive areas in South Korea, and the most expensive outside of the Seoul Capital Area. This has led to numerous urban development projects near the beach and the nearby Marine City, including skyscrapers such as Haeundae Doosan We've the Zenith and Haeundae LCT The Sharp.

Songdo Central Park is located on Incheon Subway Line 1 and right in front of Central Park Station. Central Park Station is an hour and a half away from Seoul Station in the center of Seoul.
It is a land-based site where the sea is buried, and the main facilities are International Passenger Terminal, International School, International Business Complex, Knowledge Information Industry Complex, International Chemical Complex, Landmark City, Bio Complex, Advanced Industrial Cluster, Aam Logistics Complex, and Incheon Techno Park. Some have been completed and some construction is under way.
I visit Songdo Central Park once a year, and every time I go, there are huge and wonderful buildings around me one by one, making the night view more and more spectacular. Sure enough, new apartment buildings were under construction again this time.
I think it is a place with such a beautiful night view in Korea except Busan.
Songdo Central Park is divided into two main areas, the eastern part of which is mostly visited by outside tourists, surrounded by surrounding skyscrapers. In the western part of the country, local residents can watch them exercise every evening or spend their time leisurely on the lake benches. It is impressive that the unique shopping buildings are built with a clean and pleasant atmosphere and old port warehouse style.

The Nakdong is Korea's longest river and Busan's Haeundae Beach is also the country's largest.
Busan is a center for international conventions, hosting APEC in 2005. It is also a center for sports tournaments in Korea, having hosted the 2002 Asian Games and FIFA World Cup. It is home to the world's largest department store, the Shinsegae Centum City. Busan was added to the UNESCO Creative Cities Network as a City of Film in December 2014.
