Today I take you on a tiny house tour! It's located in the Pacific Northwest, specifically on Whidbey Island. This tiny house is surrounded by trees and has a private area for bonfires and leisure. Tiny Home Expo Brisbane Oct 2022 - 'Off Grid Tiny Homes' walk through!
Hi there,
My name is Alan and I am passionate about THOW (Tiny Homes on Wheels).
In May of 2022 I attended the Tiny Home Expo in Redcliffe, I saw lots of Tiny Homes but there was one stand out which I personally believe to be the best design in Australia to date.
Greg and his wife Cassie (from Off Grid Tiny Homes) poured their heart and souls into this Tiny Home and were planning to live in it but unfortunately they needed to sell it. They have lived in a tiny house with their child for 4 years now so they know what is functional. There are nuances that most builders would not realise because lets face it, most builders have never lived in a tiny house ever!
I did my best to put together an edit with my limited camera skills, but I feel this video does justice to the finished product. I am excited to have a tiny house soon and Greg as my builder. He is a top bloke and has a very special eye for detail.

In this video, we're doing things a little differently with 3 tiny home tours in 1 video! Welcome to the Farm at South Cove in Nova Scotia. This venue has 3 different ultra-luxury tiny homes that are built right over the ocean!
We'll be spending most of our time in the first home which is the Honeymoon Suite. The exterior has a private hot tub and an outdoor patio. Inside you can find a designer micro-kitchen, 2 smart TVs, a wood stove, a loft bedroom, a master bedroom, and a master bathroom with heated floors and a soaking tub.

Rustic Canadian TINY HOME (full tour, you can stay here!)
This was our first experience in a Tiny Home and it was amazing! This particular woodland glamping adventure was a great way to escape the city. It is located between Toronto and Ottawa.
Getting lost in nature and having campfires was a great way to start our vacation. It was a nice surprise to see how much there was to do in the surrounding area including Ranney Gorge Suspension Bridge, small towns, kayaking, golfing, spa visits and more.

Struggling to Build 3 Tiny Homes (at the same time)
Our container home, cabin in the woods, & off grid campervan all move forward this week, with even more madness than we expected!
Cabin Progress Report: Only furniture remains. Filling the top guest room with storage units, a desk & shelving. Next up we'll need to move forward with the downstairs U couch, and a few units at the upstairs landing zone.
Container Stage: Insulated, vapor barrier added, heating prepped, drywall & plaster added. Next up is interior wall finishings, tiles, carpet, and exterior painting
Campervan Update: Step completed, but delays on the spoiler due to an installation hiccup. Next phase is the installation of our new monitor for the driver's side, the custom arm that will hold it in place. We hope that will go hand-in-hand with the arch around the cab & the fridge installation.
