Abandoned 1970's Lovers Hotel Stuck in Time - Retro Time Capsule Rooms!!

Today we venture inside of a long forgotten honeymoon hotel that was running back in the 1970's. It has since closed, but the gaudy and dated remnants still remain! The shag carpet, bright colors, mid century furniture, and 70's wallpaper all are still inside. This abandoned spot is up among my favorite explorations!

No records in the history books, not mentioned in any newspaper: This bonus episode takes place in the outskirts of a spa town somewhere in Germany. The farmyard of the building we were visiting this time has become overgrown. It was the house of a gardener who used to live and work here. In this arboretum he was growing trees and bushes. But without any nursing the garden started to run wild and became an impenetrable thicket. But how did it come to this? Why did the gardener abandon his home? The answer to that is waiting inside...

ABANDONED House with Vintage Appliances | PART 6

An entire house filled with vintage appliances, but most of this home is trashed.

Part 6 of a multi-part video series. Please subscribe and comment to support our channel.

The town first started nearly 100 years ago, and had some residents or squatters in the last 20 years, but today it's completely deserted and forgotten.

We came across this entire ghost town and mine while out exploring. In this part, we explore the second abandoned home in the ghost town.

This time we explore another abandoned home.

In future episodes we explore multiple abandoned homes, find an old laboratory filled with chemicals, an abandoned massive safe inside a building and surrounded by concrete, an old mill that resembled a maze, and more. Stay tuned.

The places we visit are usually very remote with little to no chance of help if something were to happen. It's been said that one can stumble upon drug labs out at these remote locations, which is a possibility we always keep in mind.

Most of all, thank you for watching. Please subscribe and leave a comment if you like our videos. We appreciate your support.

103 Year Old Lady's Abandoned Home - Incredible Story | BROS OF DECAY - URBEX

I have never felt so sorry for the people that lived inside of this abandoned home. I almost started crying when I was telling there story. I wish there was a way for us to help these people in these difficult times. And we hope the owner of this place reaches out to us so we can meet him in person. We also adored the decay of this place, it was just stunning!
We hope you guys enjoyed this place.

I also want to mention that it is very expensive for us to travel to these places because we are still studying so if you could spare us a dollar or two that would be awesome. For the price of a cup of coffee you can support us in documenting these beautiful places!

WE FOUND A 100 YEAR OLD TIME CAPSULE ROOM! In This Abandoned Mansion

This is a mansion that I explored backed in the spring and loved it's style and architecture! It was completely untouched, not boarded and a gem of a find! The only area of the property that I could not access was the basement because the door was sealed off. This time it was open and full of surprises, including a time capsule of a room!

Check out my first explore of the mansion here:

ABANDONED FRENCH CASTLE. OLD CRIME SCENE. FOUND HUMAN REMAINS IN SECRET ROOM!

The abandoned castle was so beautiful that never could have prepared us for stumbling into a secret room with different chemicals and human remains.

Story:
Chateau Diable is a beautiful castle surrounded by vineyards in the middle of the French Champagne district. A beautiful castle with a cruel past. At one point during the 16th century, a fortress was erected at this place. With 4 towers and moat all around, the fortress was part of the defense in the area. In 1651, the fortress passed away by marriage to a new family, and in 1814 it passed to the awning in the area. The fortress was still in good condition, but the awning had other plans and the demolition began of the old fortress. 1832 began the long work on the building of the Chateau Diable as we know it today. The castle was built in an H-shape and its interior was painted by Italian painters. The last owner of the castle was Victor Charpentier. He inherited the castle from his parents in the late 1940s. He married Juliette Brodeur and together they moved into the castle and started their family. They had 4 children, a boy, a girl, and twin boys. The family did not have much contact with the surrounding neighbors. They were regarded by many as strange and the children were rarely seen outside the castle. In 1976, Victor reported to the police that Juliette had disappeared. She was gone one morning when the rest of the family awoke and no one knew what had become of her. The children were now 17, 13 and 9 years old, and Victor was now living alone with all of them at the big castle. Some years went by and a postman called the police. He reported that the mailbox at the castle had not been emptied in a long time but that the car was still in the driveway. Police pulled up to the castle looking for the family. They found Victor sitting in a chair in the old library. He had died of a cardiac arrest and, according to judgment, had been dead for some time. All the kids were nowhere to be found. The police started a major search of the grand old castle and finally found a secret room without a door. In the great room, there was a laboratory, a lot of different instruments and chemical fluids. A lot of DNA were found on the premises, among others. Blood that was known to be from all the children and the mother. However, no bodies were found. After some time, the investigation was dropped and all 4 children and their mother were declared dead. Unfortunately, the real story of what has happened will probably never be given to us. But after sometime when the castle had been abandoned and one was found by Urban Explorers. In time, a skull was found somewhere by the secret room. Exactly where we do not know, but it is now up in the secret room.

Top 5 Abandoned Places Around the World.

5. Floating Forest, Sydney

An abandoned 107-year-old ship floats on the waters of Hombush Bay in Sydney. The SS Ayrfield steam collier was used during the Second World War for transporting supplies to troops. It was one of many 20th century ships brought to the bay for demolition but its fate was different. The ship-breaking yard operations stopped and many large watercrafts were left behind including the 1,140-ton SS Ayrfield. However, this ‘wreckage’ stands out from the rest on the bay. Fully grown mangrove trees and other wonderful species of vegetation have sprouted from the vessel giving the ship its well-deserved title as the floating forest. Beautiful stems of green foliage wrap around the rusted steel. If this was a test of nature, then nature has surely shown won. Nothing can get in the way of the earths capacity to grow and survive.

4. Wonderland Amusement Park

Amusement parks have to be one of the most fascinating pieces of construction to view abandoned. Wonderland was meant to be Asia’s largest amusement park. The park was situated in Chenzhuang Village just outside Beijing. Planners stopped construction of the park in 1998. A decade later they tried to work on the site again but failed. The park was never even open to the public and many structures remained for curious sightseers. Medieval buildings and an almost magical looking castle stood tall behind the gates. Farmers were allowed to return to the fields and grew their crops within the framework. In 2013, the park was demolished. For anyone that returns to the site now, all that can be seen is the dull remains of a colourless tower in a lifeless field.

3. Pripyat

The Ukranian town of Pripyat has been deserted for over three decades now. In April of 1986, 50,000 people were evacuated from their homes after what is now known as the Chernyobl disaster. One of the four reactors at the nearby Chernobyl nuclear plant exploded and emitted dangerous radioactive chemicals into the atmosphere. These high levels of radiation continued to enter the area for around 9 days in a chemical ‘fire’. The surrounding trees died and the area soon became known as the “red forest’ due to the orange pigmentation. Schools and homes have been left to decay in the city. A fairground stands still in the heart of the city; it’s Ferris wheel frozen in time. Evacuees were told to take very little with them as they thought they would soon return. People’s belongings can be found scattered throughout the buildings.

Wildlife has now begun to return. Wolves and black bears run amongst the ghost town. As dangerous and creepy as it all may sound, this chilling city is now a hot spot for tourists. 10,000 people visit Pripyat and Cherrnyobl each year on short day tours to catch a glimpse of what’s left of the area. It may sound like a peculiar vacation as the area will not be safe for humans to live in for another 20,000 years.

2. Penn Hills Honeymoon Resort

Once a beautiful honeymoon resort in the Pocono Mountains of Analomink in Pennsylvania,; the Penn Hills Resort closed in 2009. The hotel was booming with life in the 60s and 70s. It had its own ski resort and golf course, bringing in lots of young couples during the summer. Regardless of how popular it was, as holidays abroad got cheaper, less and less Americans began to check in. The resort was closed within 2 months of Frances Paolillo’s, the co-founder’s, death. Employees were never paid and due to a large debt to the state the retreat was abandoned. Today, those who wander within the grounds and rooms have captured what’s left of the Penn Hills.

Nature is taking over the hotels rooms from outside as trees scramble up the walls. Eerie sights await those that are brave enough to explore inside. Dead plants wither in rooms, artificial leaves hang off the walls and a swimming pool stands still with a body of green moss floating on the unearthly waters. Mattresses remain in the rooms without bedding. Lamps, tables and chairs sit lonely. There are also red heart-shaped bathtubs empty and desolate. Vandalism and loneliness are all that is left. Somewhere that brought love to many now lacks any care at all.

1. Underwater City of Shi Cheng

Also known as the Lion City, Shicheng sits at the foot of a mountain below the waters of Qiandao Lake. The ancient city stretches over 220 square miles and is over 1,800 years old. Temples, memorial arches and ancient statues all lay well-preserved 130 feet underwater. Long, wide streets and gates are still in tact too. It may look like something out of a fairy-tale but this mysterious underwater city is no accident. In 1959, Shicheng was purposefully flooded to allow for a hydroelectric power plant. The city and its rich history were forgotten for 53 years as it vanished beneath the waves. Today, more and more people are plunging into the deep and uncovering its beauty. Its cryptic engravings and alluring monuments make it .

TRAPPED Inside An Abandoned Apartment

So today we returned to the Zone. This building is very near to the security base so we had to stay silent. The only way inside was an opened window because the main door was locked by a lock.
During we were inside the building we heard noises from outside but I tried to record as much as i could. So yes, this is why there are nothing about the building from outside.

Man Was Out Hiking And Found A Town That Hasn’t Been Seen In 100 Years

Do you live in a state where there is a lot of open land, but you’ve never had a chance to really explore? I’ve lived in the same state most of my life, and there are thousands of things that I want to explore, and that’s just in my state. A hiker from Tennessee decided that he wanted to explore his home state a little more. So he headed up to the Smoky Mountains to see what he could find. He had no idea that this abandoned hotel and neighborhood even existed, even though he’d been up into these same mountains many times before. Here are the pictures that he took while exploring this place he likes to call Tennessee Wonderland.
