I started off with Anthony Bourdain's favorite restaurant - Husk, owned by a renowned chef and his friend Sean Brock. It was truly one of the best restaurants in Charleston where farm to table concept is taken to a whole another level. Then, I went to James Beard award winner - Fig, to taste one of the best pastas. I could see why it's truly a Charleston's Local Favorite! Then Pearlz where oysters are shucked right in front of you, later to Shem Creek with the best crab, then another Bourdain's and Sean Brock's favorite, a guilty pleasure - The Waffle House.
