Access Express timetable (weekday)
I found a mistake in this video now :)

Sky Access Line is platform#1 both terminals. This is only a bump in the road.
Keisei Access express(Airport limited express) is cheap but fast access to central Tokyo.
(I often use this train.)
Asakusa, Kuramae, and Ningyocho have a lot of budget hotels.

First Day in Japan Narita Airport to Tokyo Train Guide $13 USD - vlog #028

Finally landed in Japan at Narita International Airport 成田国際空港 This will be my first day in Japan and I'll be showing you how to take transportation from Narita to Tokyo. There are various ways to go from Narita to Tokyo such as bus, train, taxi, and uber. From my research the Bus is actually the cheapest way, however taking a train is only a few more dollars and is faster. Taxi's and Ubers will run you hundreds of dollars to get to Tokyo. I recommend not using a Taxi or an Uber unless absolutely necessary or if you don't mind the cost.

This guide can generally lead you towards Tokyo, however my destination is near Asakusa, so don't follow everything exactly! At the Airport there is a Train Reception desk, there will be a employee that can assist you on finding a good route to your destination. In my case she recommend that I take the Keisei Limited Expresss Train which cost roughly 1100 Yen at the time which is about $13 USD. Tickets here can only be purchased with Japanese Yen, so be sure to either have some on hand or go to a currency exchange.

I will be checking into my Oak Hostel Fuji in Tokyo, which will be my first shared room hostel experience ever. This will be interesting, and frankly I'm a bit nervous. Hotels and the AirBnBs that were available at the time were either too expensive or dirty in their pictures. This was a cheaper and clean option in Tokyo for me to stay at. After I unpack, I'll have my first meal in Tokyo at Kitchen of Shimomachi Izakaya Nagomotei 下町のお台所 居酒屋なごみ亭

Cheap Way To Travel Around Japan: Seishun 18 Kippu + How To Buy The Ticket | Japan Travel Guide

The Seishun 18 Ticket is a great way to travel around Japan. For just ¥2,370 a day you can go from Tokyo to Kyoto/Osaka or anywhere else you would like to go!

The ticket is ¥11,850(around $118USD) and you get 5 days of unlimited rides on the local and rapid JR trains.

I love this ticket and have used it a number of times - it does take longer to get to the destinations than if you were to take a bullet train but you know what they say ... It's not the destination it's the journey that matters :P

But yeah seriously anyone can buy this ticket and it's great for people who are on a budget or just want to take a spontaneous trip! Just jump on to any trains and enjoy the ride :)

This video is all my honest opinions and experiences but if you would like to know more details check out this website.

From Narita Airport to Tokyo by Train(Watch in HD)

DISCLAIMER: This vlog contains some foul language that may not be suitable for young audiences. Viewer discretion is advised. If you don’t have much luggage or don’t mind carting it around on foot, it may interest you to know that the cheapest regular trains that run the route between central Tokyo and Narita Airport are on the Keisei Line. The good thing about the Keisei Line is that it connects with the Toei Asakusa Subway Line and the JR Yamanote Line (Tokyo’s central loop line), so it can be accessed from a lot of different stations in central Tokyo. The journey takes between 80-120 minutes, depending on where you’re heading. So my bestfriend Teddy tried the cheapest travel way possible. #narita #japan #tokyo

I travel whenever I get time to travel and people ask me the same question, Why do you travel or why do you waste money on travel and I normally look at their faces that what should I answer them cause anyway they will never get to understand the answer unless you do it yourself. Seeing is believing and I agree with everyone. It's education, exposure, learning, exploring, management, cultures, dealing, problem solving etc.

Life is short, so live it well! Travel, see the world, explore.
Dare to dream. Dare to be different.
Keep uploading, keep travelling.

Tokyo-Narita Low Cost Bus #tokyo #japan #japantravel

The best transportation to Narita Airport from Tokyo station now. It's ¥1,300 one way.

Since 2020, regular shuttle service called Limousine bus has been canceled in some areas and this is one of the best ways to get to the airport. It's reasonable and fast.

It leaves every 10 minutes (depends on hours). You need to buy a ticket at the bus ticket counter nearby. First come first served.

6 Hour Layover In Tokyo

Here are a few places you can visit and things you can do during your layover in Tokyo.

Once you get out of Narita Airport in Chiba prefecture people usually take a 1.5 hour ride and head straight to the heart of Tokyo but then having to rush back to the airport without having much time spent exploring...

But why not take it slow and easy and just hop on the tour like I did and let it take you around to see the sites you would usually not get to see as a tourist!

People often skip Narita but there's plenty to explore here too - and those are the places I personally like more :)

BEST PLACE TO EXCHANGE MONEY IN JAPAN

lets face it exchanging money is an essential part of traveling. exchanging here will give you a few hundred or thousand extra yen to spend on a sake or sushi roll. this is sort of directions to the best money exchange spot in all of japan. exchange 100$ at the airport but save the rest of your currency exchanging needs for this location and exchange on a day when the dollar is strong to the yen if possible.
