Disney World’s Trail’s End Restaurant at Fort Wilderness Resort - Thanksgiving Day Fare 2021
A quick video to show the 2021 Thanksgiving day fare at Disney World’s Trail’s End Restaurant at Fort Wilderness Resort. We were hoping for a Thanksgiving menu, but Disney did not advertise this restaurant as having a Thanksgiving menu. We found out that we would have a Thanksgiving menu when we checked in.
The food was average - basically buffet items served family style.

On this adventure we head to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground for breakfast. We had a delicious country breakfast at Disney's Trail's End restaurant.
It was a family style breakfast with some unique breakfast items. But the price was very affordable and the Resort and the theming was really interesting and beautiful. It was a fun breakfast and a different fun experience for us. We do recommend it if you want an affordable family style breakfast. This beautiful Resort has a lot to offer and they also offer dinner at Trail's End. We hope you enjoyed having breakfast with us. We will see you on our next Magtastic adventure!

Breakfast at Trail's End at Fort Wilderness Resort 2021 | Reopening Day!
We had breakfast at Trail’s End Restaurant at Walt Disney World’s Fort Wilderness Resort on its reopening day! We both loved our breakfast at Trail’s End Restaurant and thought this meal was a very good value for the amount of food you receive. Neither of us had ever visited Walt Disney World’s Fort Wilderness Resort and were very impressed with the size of the resort; we even had to take a bus from the parking lot to the restaurant! It seems like there are endless activities to enjoy at Walt Disney World’s Fort Wilderness Resort and we will definitely be back to give them a try!

Hi Everyone! In today's video, we head to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground to experience the delicious Trail's End Restaurant. Trail's End is one of Disney's newest All You Care to Enjoy restaurants.
Old-Fashioned Fare Available Daily. Head off your hunger at breakfast, and dinnertime too, with all-you-care-to-enjoy American favorites in a rustic locale. From sun up to sundown, your taste buds are guaranteed an expedition through flavor country!
The Setting - Round up your settlement and sail across Bay Lake to a time of pioneers. Nestled on 750 wooded acres inhabited by enchanting wildlife, Trail’s End Restaurant is one dining destination you’ll want to allow plenty of time to reach. Getting there is a trailblazing adventure unto itself!
Inside, beamed ceilings, split-log walls, mounted animals and a potbellied stove keep things cozy—all while you and your kin tuck into a hearty spread of countrified fare.
The Food - As the rooster crows, help yourself to a bountiful breakfast featuring Mickey waffles, fresh pastries, smoked brisket and eggs, cheesy potato casserole, berry-granola yogurt parfait, and more vittles than you can shake a stick at.
Then, at suppertime, mosey on in for all-you-care-to-enjoy skillets featuring pecan-smoked brisket, rotisserie chicken, andouille, fingerling potatoes, corn on the cob and green beans. A Very Rushed Dinner at Trail's End Restaurant at Fort Wilderness
We planned an evening at Fort Wilderness which included a Sleigh Ride and dinner at Trail's End Restaurant. Our dinner reservation was at 7:45pm and we checked in early. We were seated at 8:15pm.
While the food was great, we barely got to enjoy it and didn't get enough of some items and didn't have time to ask for more. Our server Kevin went above and beyond given the situation. So advice for those planning other activities at Fort Wilderness when eating at Trail's End, make sure you allow AT LEAST 90 minutes.

Join our family for dinner at Trail's End, located at Disney's Fort Wilderness Campground and Resort. Transitioning to a family style menu, this dinner has chicken, brisket, and andouille, along with all of the normal sides like corn, green beans, and potatoes. During our visit, we also tried two of the additional items - the salmon and the ribs. Although the location is out of the way, the menu has a good variety of food it's a good option for the price.

Trails End REOPENS at Fort Wilderness Campground | Disney World
We headed to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground to dine once again at Trails End Restaurant that has finally reopened! Trails End for breakfast serves a family style meal- which includes bread and pastry service, fruit parfaits, and then a main course platter. The main course consisted of sausage and bacon, scrambled eggs, mickey waffles, cheesy hashbrown casserole, and tater tots. I washed it all down with their traditional Mimosa- but if they have it, I suggest going for the Pioneer Mimosa!

Trail's End Restaurant, Disney's Fort Wilderness Campground
Come and take a trip with us on this Disney Dinning Review to the Trail's End Restaurant located at Disney's Fort Wilderness Campground. This Family Style Buffet has some of the best southern food offered on Disney property. Everything from corn bread, fried chicken, Porch chops and smoked brisket. All of these items will cost you just one dinning credit on the Disney Dinning Plan. This amazing buffet is located at the Homestead Area within the resort close to Bay Lake, so after your filling dinner, you can take a walk on the beach or if you're lucky enough, you could catch the Electric Water Pageant. While this is an all you can eat buffet, it doesn't offer any character interaction. The plus for this is you can sit back and relax and also, it is less expensive than other buffets on Disney Property.
In addition to the awesome main dishes, The Trail's End Restaurant offers a great selection for desert. They have cookies, brownies, amazing bread pudding, apple crisp, smores, banana pudding, and soft serve vanilla and chocolate ice cream.
In addition to the great food and service, The Trail's End Restaurant at Disney's Fort Wilderness Campground as a full bar with their very own specialty drinks. I must admit that they are not shy with the alcohol. The drinks are great.
So, Take some time out and head on over to The Trail's End Restaurant at Fort Wilderness Campground. Whether you are taking an internal bus from the main entrance of the Resort or taking the water ferry from the Magic Kingdom, Contemporary Resort or the Wilderness Lodge Resort, this amazing venue located a Disney's Fort Wilderness Campground is a definite must.
In addition to the fine food, once you are finished, you can take a walk on the shoreline of Bay Lake or wander through the gift shop. Another item of interest is horse drawn wagon rides or if you are there during Halloween or Christmas, you take meander through the camp sites to view the decorations. They are simply amazing.

One last Breakfast at Trails End Restaurant before it closes
We dropped by trails end for one last breakfast before closing in the spring.
Trail’s End Restaurant is a part of Pioneer Hall at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, began as a table service restaurant when the building first opened in 1974. The restaurant will close sometime this spring to become a marketplace-style quick service outlet, bringing an end to nearly half a century of sit-down dining at Pioneer Hall. An exact reopening date is not known other than “later this year.”

In this video, we walk from a campsite in the preferred section (Loops 100, 200, 300) to the Settlement Village to have breakfast at Trail's End Restaurant. An all you can eat skillet that includes brisket eggs, cheesy potatoes, sausage, and bacon. In addition, cinnamon rolls and croisants along with yogurt with fruit and granola is provided. Finally, drinks are included such as coffee, tea, orange juice and soft drinks. A really nice breakfast to get you started before you visit the parks.
