THE BEST SARDINES IN SAFI: Finding our favourite local foods and getting lost Safi Morocco.

What do you know about the small town of Safi, Morocco? We learnt as soon as we arrived that Safi is well known for its ceramics and pottery. But what we also found out after wandering the back streets of Safi Medina is that the small town of Safi is famous for its sardines!

We had delicious sardines in Safi Morocco and enjoyed wandering the back alleyways of the town with friendly local friend that we met in the market. Another show of amazing Moroccan hospitality!

Thanks for watching! :)

BEST SARDINES EVER IN MOROCCO / EXPLORING SAFI AND EATING THE BEST FISH I EVER HAD

This is not only a food video but also one where we explore Safi a little bit - but actually what it is mainly is a sardine hunt. Which shouldn't be so hard in the sardine capital of Morocco, right? We walked around a little and stopped at a very authentic little place. And they served us a feast of grilled sardines with other things and it was just to die for - definitely best sardines I ever had. Come on, guys. And do share this video if you like.

I am a professional writer gone vlogger. Let's see if I can make this professionally too. Please make sure you subscribe to my channel, Moonshine and Lemongrass and even share this video with your friends.

Most EXTREME Moroccan Street Food in Fes - EATING SHEEP HEAD & COW HEART + FOOD TOUR OF FEZ, MOROCCO

Most extreme Moroccan street food in Fes. The culinary city of Fes is full of extreme street food, and today we’re exploring the medina and eating sheep head and cow heart on a massive food tour of Fez, Morocco.

???? SUBSCRIBE FOR MORE FOOD ADVENTURES:
???? WATCH Insane Moroccan Street Food in Fes:

The medina of Fes is quite the sight to behold, full of vendors and shopping, leather and spices, street food and popular Moroccan foods galore, it’s something for the senses. Today we had a mission, however, to taste some of the most extreme Moroccan street food in Fes, and boy did we ever!

We started our food tour of Fez, Morocco at a local barbeque shop grilling up meat, offal, and cow heart. The cow heart he prepared was extremely large! We tasted some flavourful meats and extreme dishes, we couldn’t get over the size of the cow heart!

Walking around looking for flavourful, tasty, and delicious street foods in Fes was an easy task. We tasted some of the most extreme Moroccan street food in Fes, trying snails, camel spleen stuffed with beef, lamb, and chicken, and dried meats.

On our food tour of Fez, Morocco we stopped at a steamed sheep head stall, where we had half a sheep head, and we ate everything! Eating a steamed sheep head can be daunting because it looks back at you, but the sheep head meat is extremely tender and flavourful, so worth the stares.

We rounded out our extreme food tour in Fes trying the famous Fassi dish of pigeon pastilla. This traditional extreme Moroccan street food was on our bucket list to try, and it was even more tasty than we imagined. This needs to be on your top list of foods to eat in Fes, Morocco.

We hope you enjoy checking out some of the most extreme Moroccan street food in Fes, coming along with us while we eat sheep head and cow heart, and many other interesting and yummy foods. This was one extreme food tour of Fez, Morocco. Stay tuned next week for more street food adventures in Morocco!

???? WATCH Amazing Street Food in Essaouira, Morocco:

Marrakech is known as a bustling, wild city in the heart of Morocco, full of snake charmers and everything you could want to buy. Tucked away amongst everything are all kinds of different foods and tasty Moroccan street snacks to try. We set out to explore the best Moroccan street food in Marrakech, Morocco, on a massive Marrakesh food tour, starting our day with a unique msemen wrap near the main square.

Msemen is a very popular bread in Morocco, and Foundouk Gargaa does their msemen very differently, using the msemen as a wrap instead. We continued our Marrakesh food tour tasting the spicy khoudenjal tea, and discovering the most amazing Berber meat sandwich, hidden away from all the typical, way-too-touristy meat sandwich places. This hidden gem is a top food to eat in Marrakech.

Exploring the medina for the best Moroccan street food in Marrakech, we stumbled upon the spice market, full of incredible smells, flavours and tastes to sample, this is the place to come for tea and spices!

Even though we’ve tasted many delicious and flavourful tagines, there was one we still hadn’t tried, a rabbit tagine. Rabbit tagine is more popular in Marrakesh than other parts of the country. Very unique and tasty, this was definitely some of the best Moroccan street food in Marrakech, Morocco.

We hope you enjoy this epic Marrakesh food tour, tasting rabbit tagine, msemen wraps, Berber sandwiches and more! We tried some of the best Moroccan street food in Marrakech, Morocco today, but stay tuned, there’ll be more Moroccan food adventures next week.

BEST WEEKEND MARKET IN THIS MOROCCAN TOWN

There is a great weekend market in Oualidia which really is awesome. On Saturday lots of the market people surrounding Oualidia are coming together and are selling lots and lots of their goods in small quantities and big bulks. It is a real privilege to witness this kind of market. Please follow me around this market where I tried to film as good as it was possible - which it isn't always as lots of country folk are a bis sceptical about someone who walks around with a camera which is absolutely understandable.

Best option is probably the village of Oualidia which is about 1,5 hours by bus south from El Jadida. I have heard only good things about Oualidia - it is at the beach and it has a big lagune to explore. Also there is supposed to be a great weekend market. Let's go guys.

Let me take you to this local market in El Jadida, Morocco. What a great place, what a great town, what a great market! Really liking our stay in El Jadida - soon we will be traveling on but I am still enjoing the little things about this town. For starters, it is not a touristy place and therefore it is very nice and the people are just amazing. Nobody will try to take advantage of you - this only happens at the touristy places really.
