Canadian Tropical Paradise | Beaches and Hikes just outside Toronto | Bruce Peninsula | Episode 2

So after spending 2 nights in Niagara Falls we traveled 3 hours north to Bruce's Peninsula.

Bruce's Peninsula is located 3 hours outside Toronto and has to be a hidden gem everyone should visit at least once. We seen the pictures online, knowing nothing of the area and knew we had to visit. We weren't disappoint.

We spent the night in Owen Sound, Ontario so we could get a full day in Bruce's Peninsula.

When we went in early May the area was super quite but I have a feeling Bruce Peninsula gets super busy during the Summer.

Our first stop was at Bruce's Caves Conservation Area. It has a pretty neat backstory where in the late 1800s Robert Bruce purchased the land where the caves are today. After doing so he made a career charging tourist a fee to visit the caves. The cave it self is really cool. For a better idea definitely watch the video.

Next we headed to Northern Bruce Peninsula to the town of Lion's Head. Here we first hiked the Lions head lookout trail. A fairly easy hike with a slight elevation gain that took us just over a hour each way. At the top we had crystal clear views of the Georgian Bay, Steep rock cliffs and the most tropical paradise you'll find in Canada.

After staring at the water for so long we eventually made it down to the Lion Head Lighthouse. It was a nice spot to chill and relax. This have an astronomy class/telescope they hold over the summer which would be really fun.

After we headed to the high light of Bruce Peninsula. Bruce Peninsula National Park. Here we paid $40 for day parking but really seem some incredible stuff. First we hiked passed Cyprus Lake, Horse Lake, Marr Lake, Boulder Beach as we headed toward Overhanging Point.

Overhanging Point is a location in Bruce Peninsula National Park where you have to Overhanging points overlooking the Georgian Bay. Super picturesque and a cave that leads you the turquoise blue water.

Next we headed towards the Grotto. An underwater cave location in Bruce Peninsula National Park. The Grotto along with Indian Head Cove make for the highlight of what we were able to see at Bruce Peninsula National Park. Watch the video, give it a like and thanks for reading.

Road Trip | Bruce Peninsula, Flowerpot Island, Presqu'ile | Ontario, CA

Jessie and I go on our first ever road trip to Bruce Peninsula, but first, we stopped at a campsite in Presqu'ile Ontario. We loved our trip and instantly fell in love with both the campgrounds and the amazing views.

No color correction and no filter has been added to the video. The water is really clear and a light blue. It's hard to believe that these places are in Ontario!

We strongly recommend that you consider these places for this summer!
