O povoado foi fundado em 21 de setembro de 1895 em razão da crescente cultura do café no Brasil no fim do século XIX. Com a localidade sendo atendida pela estrada de ferro Araraquara–Jaboticabal.
A freguesia foi criada 3 de agosto de 1904 dentro do território do município de Jaboticabal.
Em 1911, Guariba tornou-se distrito do município de Jaboticabal.
tornando-se município, que foi instalado em 10 de abril de 1918.

Uso atual: estação rodoviária (2020)
A construção da linha e da sua estação deram origem à cidade. Outra fonte cita a data de 29 de junho para a chegada do primeiro trem a Guariba, recebido com bandeiras de vários países hasteadas na estação.
Em 1914, a estação teve inaugurada um novo prédio (1), maior e moderno, que sobrevive até hoje. A partir de 1929, passou a ser parte do ramal de Jaboticabal, com a linha-tronco passando a correr, com bitola larga, na margem direita do rio Mogi. Em 2 de janeiro de 1969, o ramal e a estação foram desativados. A ex-estação conservou-se, pintada de marron, servindo como depósito, bar e rodoviária, entre outras coisas.

Quatro lugares que você deve conhecer no estado do AMAZONAS, com dicas de viagem. O canal Turismo Aqui leva você até Presidente Figueiredo, Arquipélago de Anavilhanas, Rio Carabinani e Parintins. Como bônus, vamos conhecer Airão Velho, no município de Novo Airão, onde mora o japonês solitário do Amazonas.
São dicas de viagem para quem quer decidir sobre os destinos turísticos, depois da quarentena. São cidades do AMAZONAS que vem conquistando a atenção de turistas do Brasil. Presidente Figueiredo, Arquipélago de Anavilhanas, Rio Carabinani e Parintins podem ser alcançadas a partir de Manaus, a capital do Amazonas. Ou seja, uma vez em Manaus esses lugares podem ser alcançados de automóvel, ou mesmo de embarcação, pelo Rio Amazonas, como é o caso de Parintins.
Presidente Figueiredo faz parte da Região Metropolitana de Manaus, já que vem merecendo a atenção da mídia nacional e internacional, nos últimos anos. O município de Presidente Figueiredo tem mais de 150 cachoeiras, sendo 49 catalogadas, o que dá ao lugar a condição de ser destaque no turismo do Amazonas, entre os amantes do turismo de aventura e ecoturismo. Nesse vídeo, destacamos as seguintes cachoeiras: Cachoeira da Onça, Cachoeira de Iracema, Cachoeira do Santuário, Cachoeira da Pedra Furada e Cachoeira do Índio.
4 lugares a ser pontuados para quando o turista pensar em viajar ao AMAZONAS. A partir de Manaus. Presidente Figueiredo pode ser alcançada através de um deslocamento de ônibus, por motorista de aplicativo ou táxi ou mesmo por automóvel alugado. Arquipélago de Anavilhanas e o Rio Carabinani pode ser alcançada através de uma viagem de automóvel até a cidade de Novo Airão, onde a aventura é iniciada. Já Parintins pode ser visitada, fazendo opção por viagem de barco ou avião.
Parintins é a cidade do Amazonas mais próxima do Pará. Portanto, fica bem distante de Manaus, o que exige um deslocamento de barco, como preferem os nativos da região, e mesmo os turistas que optam por experimentar o modo de vida do povo local. A distância entre Manaus e Parintins é de 369 quilômetros, pelo Rio Amazonas.

The Rio de Janeiro Zoological Garden (Portuguese:Jardim Zoológico do Rio de Janeiro) is a zoo located in the district of São Cristóvão, in the municipality of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The institution has among its main objectives the development of environmental and educational activities, based on the animals of its collection—which consists mainly of fish, reptiles, birds, and mammals.The zoo is housed in a 55,000-square-meter park at the back of Quinta da Boa Vista. Its collection currently has over 1,300 animals. There are 350 species, many of them rare and endangered, such as the Lear's macaw, harpy eagle, broad-snouted caiman, maned wolf, golden-headed lion tamarin, anteater and the king vulture. In addition to native species of the Amazon Region, the Pantanal and the Brazilian Cerrado, there are also other animals from other countries, such as the rhinoceros and the American brown bear.The first zoo in Rio was founded in 1870 by João Batista Viana Drummond, Baron of Drummond, in his estate at Vila Isabel neighborhood, with the permission of Emperor Pedro II. To fund his enterprise, he promoted a raffle, selling tickets with pictures of each one of the 25 animals. The baron would select randomly one animal at the closing of the zoo. The winning ticket would get a prize in cash. That game of chance eventually got copied by gamblers, becoming the illegal lottery called jogo do bicho.The Vila Isabel zoo closed its doors in the 1940s. It was relocated to Quinta da Boa Vista, in 18 March 1945.On 2019, more than 30,000 pieces of the Imperial Family's past are found during archaeological works on Zoo. Among the finds are many items such as fragments of crockery, cups, plates, cutlery, horseshoes and even buttons and brooches with imperial coat of arms from military clothing. The pieces would belong to National Museum

I'm doing a Youtube video of footage taken from the 1910s to the 1980s.
The footage is original and was filmed by my family and my friends while they were traveling.
That's why most of the footage was shot in Japan.
The first step in the editing process is to convert the video from analog to digital. Then I remove the unnecessary parts and add the original music and subtitles. We don't want to hide the footage, so we don't have many subtitles.
Black and white footage may be converted to color.
International and domestic travel around the world, before, during and after the war.
We have over 10,000 films that have not yet been released to the public. We will continue to edit and distribute a few more in the future.
There is a lot of valuable footage. Especially rare are old footage from less developed countries. At that time, the equipment for filming was rare. Pre-war footage of Japan is also valuable. Old cars and trains. There is also footage of airplanes shot from the sky. Towns and markets, and people. And people. Famous tourist spots and natural scenery. The fashion sense is also interesting and different from today. Enjoy the scenery in the old style.
Mostly on 8mm, 16mm, 9.5mm, 35mm, etc. Newer types of video, such as VHS, are not covered.

Botanical Gardens, Hansel and Gretel - Curitiba
From Sao Paulo we had a 6 hour bus journey to Curitiba.
We started off with a tour around the old town district, which features Brazil's first ever pedestrianised street. From here we headed to the Jardin botanique de Curitiba (Botantical Gardens) which had lots of cool plants, trees and odd birds!
After this we got an Uber to the Hansel and Gretel / German Park in the north of Curitiba and continued on a long walk through the outskirts of the city, coming across many cool little parks and springs.
Curitiba is very nice city mainly due to it's ecology and focus on greenery and eco-friendlyness.
