How To Manufacturing Sugar From Sugarcane In Sugar Mill With All Process 2021
Sugar comes in three varieties, One is M-Sugar, the Second is S-Sugar, and the third one is L-Sugar and all sugar mills separate them as per the grading. and maximum eat M type sugar and it is in demand in the markets. The complete PROCESS OF MAKING SUGAR FROM SUGARCANE takes around 3-4 hours (to crush sugar, make sugar and package it) :
1. crushing sugarcane and extract as much juice as possible
2. after that, steam it to make sugar syrup
3. after making sugar syrup, make mastic
4. then with the help of machines, convert these crystals into sugar granules
5. then packing them as per the grading
This plant has a capacity of 9,000 TCD (tons of cane per day) and daily crush about 8000 tonnes. need 9 megawatts power two turbines to run this type of plant. one quintal sugarcane yeild around 11-13kilos of sugar. and aport from sugar, sugar mills also can produce many other things like:
- Most of the sugar mills have started generating power.
- Sugar syrup and molasses are used to make ethanol and spirit.
- Sugarcane residue is used in making fuel and paper.
- The fresh mud is used in two different ways:
1. Organic compost or Pesticides.
2. Another one is Coal fuel for brick kilns.

Lake Hawassa or Awasa, is an endorheic basin in Sidama Region of Ethiopia, located in the Main Ethiopian Rift south of Addis Ababa, the capital city of the country. According to the Statistical Abstract of Ethiopia for 1967/68, the lake is 16 km long and 9 km wide, with a surface area of 129 square kilometers. It has a maximum depth of 10 meters and is located at an elevation of 1,708 meters. It is located inside the Awasa Caldera.
Because it is relatively accessible to scientists, Lake Hawassa is the most studied of the Rift Valley lakes in Ethiopia. According to William Taylor, a member of the African Lakes and Rivers Research Group at the University of Waterloo, Lake Hawassa is, despite its lack of an outflow, essentially a freshwater lake (conductivity is variable, but less than 1,000) indicating that it must have a subterranean outlet.

The town serves as the capital of the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region, and is a special zone of this region. It lies on the Trans-African Highway 4 Cairo-Cape Town, and has a latitude and longitude of 7°3′N 38°28′ECoordinates: 7°3′N 38°28′E and an elevation of 1,708 meters (5,604 ft) above sea level. Its name comes from a Sidamic word meaning wide body of water.
Awasa was capital of the former Sidamo Province from about 1978 until the province was abolished with the adoption of the 1995 Constitution. This city is home to Hawassa University (which includes Wondo Genet College of Forestry and Natural Resources, an Agricultural College, the Main Campus, and a Health Sciences College), Awasa Adventist College, and a major market. The city is served by Awasa Airport (ICAO code HALA, IATA AWA), opened in 1988. Postal service is provided by the main branch; electricity and telephone service are also available.[1] Important local attractions include the St. Gabriel Church and the Awassa Kenema Stadium. Fishing is a major local industry.
