We show you the delights of Athens, home to one of the Wonders of the World, the Parthenon at the Acropolis, then Thessaloniki, 2nd city in Greece, then beautiful Ephesus with its stunning Roman remains, and it's home port Kusadasi in Turkey, before moving on to Rhodes, Limassol in Cyprus, Heraklion and the Knossos. It's an enchanting trip around some of the Ancient wonders of the world. Visiting UNESCO world heritage sites, and ancient monuments.
This is episode 1, where we begin in Thessaloniki, a food lovers haven, and home to Roman and Byzantine artefacts and buildings, as well as beautiful monasteries. It's a great place to Cruise to. We were aboard the Celebrity Infinity, a Millenium Class cruise ship, and we use this to cruise around the region.
