Ingredients:
4 medium slice of Sukha Mori ( Dry Salted Shark)
1 Medium size Onion
2 Green Chilles
1 inch Ginger
6 Garlic Cloves
1 bunch fresh Corriander
1 bowl wet Scrapped Coconut

Dry Masala
4 Kashmiri Chilly
1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Coriender
1 Tsp Dhana Jira powder
3/4th Tsp Garam Masala Or Mutton masala Powder
5 to 6 black pepper
3 cloves
4 to 5 Kokum
3 tbsp Oil
Salt to Taste

Method: Finely Chop Onion Finely Chop Ginger Cut and Clean Sukha Mori (Dry Salted Shark) pieces as per your required Size and Keep in Water for about 1 hour. More you keep more salt is reduced from salted dry fish Take one vessel put oil as it gets hot put Corriander seeds , black peeper and cloves Cloves stir a little till coriander seeds turns slightly brown. Than remove on a plate and keep to cool, The put Kashmiri Chilles and fry a little and keep to cool. Put to Grind As the masala gets cool put to grind Corriander seeds, black pepper, cloves, Kashmiri chillies, Garlic along with wet scrapped Coconut add enough water and Grind to a very fine paste. Take one vessel pour little oil as it gets hot add Onion stir till a little and add Ginger and 2 Green Slit chilly fry till Onion turns golden brown Then Add Shark ( Mori ) pieces and fry a little Add Chilly Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriender seeds , Dhana Jira powder and Garam Masala and stir for some times. add all the Grinded masala, add water as per your requirement of thickness and add Kokum to it Give it a good boil till the dry fish turns soft. Till now I have not added Salt please note. Fish is extremely salty so as the Curry is ready taste it and check salt Keep it aside for 1 hour after it is complete and taste if you find salt is less than and than only add Salt. More the time Curry is kept the fish starts to leave salt so be sure before adding it . Now your Curry is ready Serve Hot with Steamed Rice.
