Buffet 40 THB ($1.29) Lumphini Park in Bangkok, Thailand (บุฟเฟต์ 40 บาท สวนลุมพินี) #StreetFood #Bangkok #Thailand
Located on the fence just outside the major central Lumphini Park in Bangkok, Thailand, are a number of Thai street food stalls. You can get all sorts of delicious and on the go Thai food. But there’s one stall where you pay 40 THB ($1.29), and you can eat as much as you want, a full buffet. I’d say it’s one of the most affordable buffets I’ve ever had anywhere in the world.
You’ll find a mix of different Thai dishes, a variety of different curries with coconut milk, and a number of different stir fry dishes. Overall, you have about a dozen different Thai dishes to choose from. I was surprised by the amount of meat in dishes - they don’t skimp at all on the meats and proteins. You first grab a plate of rice and start digging in to whatever you want.
Two of my favorite dishes at this Thai street food buffet were the boiled beef with lemongrass, and the boiled salmon soup!
In addition to an affordable all you can eat buffet, the people you meet eating here are cool and laid back, and the owner and chef is so friendly. He kept inviting me back to the buffet line to eat more food - “come back and have another plate!”

CHEAPEST Street Food BUFFET in Bangkok, Thailand (ONLY $1.29!)
Just outside the fence of Lumphini Park in Bangkok, Thailand are a few delicious street food stalls. We learned about one stall in particular from Mark Weins. It was only 40 THB (or $1.29 USD) for an all you can eat buffet of incredible Thai cuisine. Our favorite picks were the fried pork, noodles, and rice. An extremely affordable buffet with many choices for those on a budget. p.s. if you’re coming off the MRT go straight/left, not right!

Street food around Thailand is very common. We found this great all you can eat buffet after watching some of the amazing videos created by Mark Wiens. I think this might be the cheapest all you can eat Thai buffet ever.
This Thai All You Can Eat Buffet In Bangkok, Thailand is only 40THB / £0.90 / $1.20. You can find this place right next to Lumphini Park. There are a few stalls here but this one has a sign that says 40THB for an all you can eat buffet. This is definitely the cheapest buffet I have ever found.
There's a selection of dishes to choose from which include ;-

Fried Aubergine
Fried Bean Sprouts and Tofu
Fried Sausages
Fried Bamboo Shoots
There is a very local, relaxed friendly atmosphere here. You will see local taxi drivers or food delivery workers stopping for their lunch to fill up on some tasty and probably the cheapest Thai street food anywhere in Bangkok.

This is one of the best street food buffets in the world and it only costs around $1! This buffet located near Lumphini Park has a ton of freshly cooked dishes and soups. Hi Everyone, in this video I will show you where you can find the cheapest street food buffet in all of Bangkok. I myself is a budget traveler and most of the time eat on the streets for as little as $1 or $2 dollars when I'm in Southeast Asia. This is the cheapest buffet I have ever encountered in all of my travels and I think it's the cheapest buffet in the whole world. Lumpini Hawker Buffet Restaurant offers 14+ dishes and free ice tea to go with your meal. Here you can eat as many times as you want, all for $1.47 USD!

Bangkok has a lot of amazing places to eat but when I found out that they have a buffet for just $1.29 I had to go and check it out. Unlimited food for just 40 Bhat in the city center of Bangkok is unbelievable. Mark Wiens originally found this joint and now they have a lot more business.

Imagine walking through your city's largest park and then eat there for less than 2 Dollars/Euro – as much as you want! That's only possible in Bangkok where I discovered a 40 Baht Buffet (all you can eat) at the northeastern area of the Lumpini Park (outside). They serve rice, soup, eggs, chicken, sausage, pork, vegetables. And it's delicious! It really tastes great. And I never saw anybody eat more than one or two plates. So it's obviously works fine for the chef. By the way: thank you very much!
