BRAND NEW stimulus bill that was just introduced to congress... this one is different from the stimulus package 4 that would have the heroes fund and some other things... this is a brand new stimulus bill that was just announced yesterday and it was introduced by 2 democratic house representatives that would expand the payments to $2,000 on a monthly basis until employment returns to pre-crisis levels.... This bill is called The Emergency Money for the People Act.
If you're 16 years or older and make less than $130,000 annually...you would receive at least $2,000 per month.... Married couples earning less than $260,000 would receive at least $4,000 per month.... so these limitations are almost double those of the CARES act $1200 checks... for single people It goes up from $75,000 to now $130,000 and for married couples filing jointly it goes up from $150,000 to $260,000... this is great and will cover a lot more people...
On top of that... Qualifying families with children will receive an additional $500 per child – for up to three children..... so a married couple making under $260,000 with 3 kids would receive $5,500 per month.... Those who had no earnings.... were unemployed....or are currently unemployed ....would also be eligible..... Those who were not eligible in 2019 or 2018 but would be eligible in 2020, could submit at least two consecutive months of paychecks to verify income eligibility..... and finally The Emergency Money for the People Act also expands the program to millions more Americans who were excluded from the CARES cash rebates – such as college students and adults with disabilities who are still claimed as a dependent. The individual will receive the payment and their parent or guardian will receive the dependent credit.

Are we going to have another round of stimulus check anytime soon?
In today's video, I'll update you guys on the Stimulus Check for a possible Cares Act round 2, this time up to a $2,000 a month payment.
With unemployment being around 14.7% or 20.7 million jobless in April,
but other economists are saying that the true unemployment rate could be between 25.1% and 34.6%.
In this video, I’ll go over some of the proposed Stimulus so far that are being talked about in Congress.
I'll quickly go over some of the top stimulus checks that have been proposed so far in congress:

-Rent and Mortgage Cancellation Act

This will let you get the your stimulus check through direct deposit without having to wait weeks if not months to get your physical check... but you'll need some extra information to enter your banking information... you'll need to check your most recent tax return you filed and get a few numbers. The first one is the most popular and I made a whole video about that one before and that is the $2000 per month stimulus package that would last anywhere from 6 months to 12 months... this bill is called the Emergency Money for the People Act... the way this one works is that if you're 16 years or older and make less than $130,000 annually...you would receive at least $2,000 per month.... Married couples earning less than $260,000 would receive at least $4,000 per month
The next stimulus proposal that is also gaining a lot of publicity with a LOT of controversy is the emergency rent and mortgage cancellation act.... so this one proposes cancelling rent payments for all renters on their primary residence... for one full year... no fines whatsoever for not paying... unpaid rent will not count as debt..... tenants will not be held liable for repayment for this rent... and lastly any unpaid rent will not affect your credit score..... now on the mortgage side... all mortgage payments will cancelled on your primary residence for an entire year... you wont liable for repayment.... there are also no fees or penalties for not paying your mortgage for this time... the banks cant foreclose on your house due to not paying... and not paying your mortgage will not affect your credit score.
The next stimulus proposal is a brand new one called automatic boost to communities act or the ABC act... This one is very simple and straight forward... it starts off with everyone in the united states of america getting a debit card preloaded with $2000 on it... then..the card gets reloaded with an additional $1000 every month after that until one year after the crisis ends... so yeah this is going to be a very expensive one... because when it says every person in the United states... it reeally means EVERY PERSON... so for a a married couple with two kids... on matter how old.. they'll be getting 4 cards with $2000 on each of them so $8000 upfront... then every month after that each card will be reloaded with $1000 totaling $4000 for the family of 4

Alright so a second stimulus check update is here...what am I talking about here $10,000 per month.. this number is from a brand new bill called the Monthly Economic Crisis Support Act which is proposed by senator kamala harris, senator bernie sanders and senator ed markey.. and here's what they're proposing... every american making $100,000 or less would get $2000 per month... that's if you're single.. for head of household the income limit is $150,000 and for married filing jointly the income limit is $200,000... this is great... higher limits than the last stimulus check... and these numbers are also for the adjusted gross income.. but with this one... the phasing out is much faster... so for every amount you're over this limit... you will lose 10% of your income that's over the limit... this might sound confusing but its very simple... so lets say you're single and make $110,000 in adjusted gross income... your stimulus check will be reduced by 10% of the amount you're over the limit.. so in this case... 10% of the additional $10,000 you make... meaning your check will reduce by $1000... so as you can see... making just $10,000 over the linit drops your check value in half... meaning that if you make $20,000 over the limits... you wont get a check.... As far as families with children... every child gets $2000 also up to 3 children... so a married couple with 3 children would get a total of $10,000 per month... $2000 per adult and $2000 per child... just think about that for a minute... $10,000 per month is $120,000 per year... thats about double the median household income in america of about $62,000.

So what would you prefer a $2000 a Month Check or No Rent/No Mortgage for a YEAR? So last week most people received the $1200 paycheck through the CARES Act. Most Americans are still struggling to make ends meet. By now most of you have heard about the Rent and Mortgage Cancellation Act and The Emergency Money for the People Act. These two bills pretty much would give $2,000 Monthly Checks to every American or Cancel Rent And Mortgage Payments For 1 Year.
First, let's talk about The Emergency Money for the People Act and who qualifies for it:
■ Anyone who is 16+ who makes 130K or less would
■ Married couples who make less than 260k would get $2000 each plus any children for $500 each.
■ Anyone who is unemployed would also be eligible even if they didn’t file a tax return.
Second, I talked about The Rent and Mortgage Cancellation Act and how it works:
■ The rent and mortgage cancellation would be applied to all type of existing rent or mortgage agreement on a primary residence
■ The suspension of rent and mortgage payments would be taking effect from March 13 and will go up to a year.
■ Renters and mortgages would be also reimbursed for payments made in April.
The Department of Housing and Urban Development would create a relief fund for landlords and lenders to be reimbursed by the federal government for the lost rent and mortgage payments.
■Lenders and landlords have to agree not to raise their rent for up 5 years to
Lastly, we know that SBA ran out of money and businesses who were not supposed to get the SBA loan are receiving money. For example, Shake Shack received $10 Million but they returned the money to the government. Mistakes like this should not be happing and the Small Business Administration (SBA) needs to improve this ASAP.
