Anywhere I go in the world, I always insist on paying -- whether it be for dinners, gifts, taxi rides, experiences, you name it. But the people here in Pakistan (aggressively) won't let me pay. It's insane!!

- I am from Germany, born and raised. A couple of years ago I relocated to Australia and been living there ever since.
Can you understand Urdu and Hindi?
- I sadly can’t understand both languages fully, neither can I speak them. However I am able to understand a few words and certain phrases.
Why haven’t you reacted to my recommendation yet?
- Every day I receive countless recommendations from you guys, which I am grateful for. I am trying to read all the comments but it does happen that I miss some out. The main factor is probably my working schedule which doesn’t allow me to film videos daily. Most weeks I can only find a couple of hours in the afternoon to film 2-3 videos. Of course I’d love to film more and film all of your recommendations, however I’m trying to stick with 1 or 2 uploaded videos a week. Quality over quantity.

These were some of the many reactions I received from my friends, family members and followers when I told them I was coming to Pakistan.
And all I can do is shake my head and laugh!!
I've been in Pakistan for almost a week already, and there has not been one instance where I felt unsafe. The people of Pakistan are incredibly warm and hospitable, and they will literally break their backs to make sure that I am enjoying myself in their country.
I've never experienced this kind of hospitality in my life.
Am I saying that Pakistan is 100%? Not at all. You need to take normal precautions, just like you would do anywhere else in the world. But what I am trying to tell you is that the reputation you've heard in the media about Pakistan is completely and utterly false.
I am absolutely LOVING Pakistan so far, and I can't wait to see more over the coming 8 days!

We came to Pakistan during the holy month, and witnessed some special events on our first day in Pakistan. We went around F-7 Markaz / Jinah Supermarket area in Islamabad for Iftar (breaking the fast) looking for some delicious Pakistani food, and saw people cooking and sharing meals for the public. Ramadan is truly a beautiful month.

Pakistani Police Bust Me... Eating Fish! (A Warning for Tourists)
Can't a man just vlog and eat fish in peace in Pakistan? While eating in the Sikh holy city of Nankana Sahib, an unidentified security service agent finds me in a restaurant and reports me to the local Police station. Then a Punjab police officer sits next to me and forces me to ride back to my hotel with him.
According to that Punjab police officer, the protection of foreign tourists is their responsibility. However, I don't think there's any rule like that in Nankana Sahib. The only places that require you to travel with a security guard in Pakistan are, as far as I know, southern Punjab (below Multan) and Balochistan.

Karachi, Pakistan. Today I'm in Karachi, a foreigner traveling in Pakistan in 2021. I'm here with Manaky, who helped to plan my Pakistan trip and show me a good time. We try some famous Pakistani food at a well-known breakfast spot. We eat more famous food of Pakistan with some famous Pakistani Biryani. And I go to a new Pakistani mall, which is a new and different experience for the locals here. My guide and I have some Pakistani fun at the mall. Saidpur village in Pakistan is a small village near to Islamabad and it has many restaurants and temple there. I met some most kindhearted people there and on my way back the driver wouldn't accept the taxi fare. People of pakistan are kind and very hospitable and I hope the whole world sees it.
I m trying to speak in Hindi/Urdu although I m a Bhutanese because I know many of you like it when I speak Hindi/Urdu. I apologize if my pronunciation isn’t correct.

Every day for the last 37 years, Master Ayub has been teaching poor children from the slums of Islamabad, Pakistan FOR FREE in a public park.
It started with one kid, then two came, then hundreds, and now he has educated tens of thousands of kids by HIMSELF. Master Ayub's kind heart and dedication has landed him many awards in Pakistan and beyond, including one from Queen Elizabeth herself, and he does not plan to stop teaching until he dies.
This man is a class act who has a heart of gold. He has sacrificed his life so much that he moved his home to the neighboring slum just to be at the kids' service 24/7. Can you imagine how much better the world would be if everyone was like Master Ayub?

I have always heard and seen that attitude in my travels from Pakistani people but when you arrive at the country it is a different level. Also, you get lots of free stuff: food, snacks, drinks, and this time on my first day I had a free TukTuk ride.
