Villa Fabrizia, also known as WV FAB, is an 8-bedroom villa located in Gustavia within minutes of the beach and a short walk from restaurants and shopping. This hillside villa offers panoramic views of the harbor and spectacular sunsets.
The décor is casually elegant with lovely tropical touches. The entrance gate opens to reveal a boardwalk around a gorgeous swimming pool, a dining gazebo, a Jacuzzi, and a small library, which is perfect for reading by the pool.
A series of stylish pavilions house the main living area, which includes a spacious living room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, and 8 bedrooms. The living room with comfortable sofas opens to harbor views. An indoor dining area is located next to the kitchen, while an outdoor dining gazebo with seating for 10 guests is located on the covered terrace.
Dual staircases lead up to 4 bedrooms. The bedroom to the far right features a 4-poster king-size bed and, located across the way, a bathroom with a sunken tub and double vanity. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and a nearby bathroom. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom has twin beds and an adjacent bathroom. All of the bathrooms on this level have outdoor showers.
Three more bedrooms are located on the lower level. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. Each of these bedrooms boasts its own terrace overlooking the view. The house also has WiFi, a gate entry, and U.S. and French satellite TV.
Villa Fabrizia comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.

Villa Paradis is a five bedroom West Indies style villa with dramatic ocean views and an infinity-edge pool. Romantic, serene and peaceful, Villa Paradis has the most beautiful views on the island. This 4 bedroom villa offers privacy and an amazing view of the ocean and the surrounding islands, with magnificent sunsets in the summer time. Although the villa is built on one level there are several steps leading down to the villa. The large master bedroom suite is quite separate from the other bedrooms and opens to a private terrace. Softly colored fabrics and the use of soft light lend to a feeling of tranquility and serenity in this private and spacious suite.
The three other bedrooms are next to each other and are located in the back of the villa. Each of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and is tastefully decorated.
