Our first time in Chongqing, China! This is the largest city in the world!
And it is a cyberpunk city...very trippy even.
We stayed at Jiafengbei, near Liberty Square, and also a walk away from the most popular tourist attraction in Chongqing, the Hongya Cave in Hongyadong.
We were shocked by Hongya Cave...a truly beautiful sight, especially at night time when all the lights shine brightly. The China we saw so far is nothing like what the western media tells us. We had an amazing first day exploring Chongqing. Check out what China is really like.

We've FINALLY finished the VAN CONVERSION | VW Crafter CAMPERVAN
It’s time to celebrate the end of the campervan conversion! Wow! What a ride this has been. There have been plenty of ups and downs, laughs and disagreements. Thrown in was a back injury and some terrible weather!

Welcome back to Australia and part two of this adventure to Brisbane with Jetstar! Just 90 minutes up the road is the Sunshine Coast, a world class stunner with over 60km worth of coast. We're briefly checking out Mooloolaba then on to Noosa Heads.
Noosa is in the state of Queensland, about a two-hour drive north of Brisbane. It's famous for its pristine beaches, with the main beach running parallel to Hastings Street, the main shopping and restaurant street. This is a classic laid-back coastal vibe, almost year round sun, happy people, and a care free lifestyle - we could get used to that!

Last year we spent a week in Nashville in our RV and enjoyed it so much we had to make a stop again this year. There's so many things to do in Nashville! Last year, we did a lot more of the touristy stuff and had a blast, but this year we wanted to mix in some new and more unique experiences that the area had to offer!

The landscape consists of vast volcanic deserts, glaciers, colorful mountains, waterfalls, hot springs, and rivers. The Icelandic highlands form the largest territory in Europe, which has never been inhabited or cultivated. It is truly one of the last unspoiled wilderness areas on the continent.

Говорят, что в #Коста_Рика богатая флора и фауна! Я сегодня слышал и видел очень много разных птиц! Одного мертвого опоссума! Несколько раздавленных жаб! И всё!
Дальше это предупреждающий знак, что животные могут пересекать дорогу, но никто не пересекал!
Потом я купил новую сим-карту и мне дали сдачи - вот тут я и увидел разнообразие животного мира ????
Обычно на деньгах изображены серьезные рисунки и знаки! Тут я всмотрелся в купюру 20.000 и увидел как заяц что-то шепчет волку! И как тут не поверить в чудеса?)))
Затем мужик с интересной ???? собакой на футболке ????
И в завершении, железный конь возле бетонных жирафов ????
И хоть я не встретил животных, перебегающих дорогу, я увидел больше)))) и с радостью делюсь с вами!
Хорошего настроения, а то заяц нашепчет что-то псу, который на футболке ????
Местные #дороги Коста-Рики: Перевал за перевалом и много грунтовых участков ! У меня что-то прям талант выбирать дороги без асфальта и с трудными подъёмами)))
Зато было ехать спокойно без машин!
В этот день нужно было заехать на перевал высотой 914 метров над уровнем моря!
В Коста-Рике быстро меняются климатические зоны. Тут у меня была ночёвка на высоте 920 метров над уровнем моря.
Оказывается, это ещё и самое ветреное место в Коста-Рике. Всю ночь ветер трусил палатку.
Предыдущий день я ехал ниже и спал без спального мешка. Тут же сразу залез в спальник ))
Даже выехать пришлось позже - ждал пока хоть немного поднимется туман.
Вид сверху очень красивый. А вот внизу, преодолевая #подъемы и# бездорожье, виды выглядят более привычно ????
Эти #склоны на 90% заняты под выпас коров. И территории под фермы огромные. Можно встретить один дом, а следующий будет километров через 10.
А на карте этот путь выглядел просто. Нигде не указали, что ездят тут только джипы! Что нет асфальта и реки спокойно пересекают дорогу)))

I've been wanting to see the Barbie Movie since I saw the trailer, and tonight, I'm going to the star-studded premiere at the Star Cineplex in the SKS Tower, in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This event was so cool! I got to meet so many amazing Bangladeshi actors, models, influencers, businesspeople. Artists' Influencers | Christo and Tomás Saraceno
Conceived by Hans Ulrich Obrist, this series brings together artists to discuss the people and moments that have significantly influenced the development of their artistic practice. For this edition, Obrist will be in conversation with the New York-based artist Christo, a major figure in the artworld who, together with his late wife Jeanne-Claude, has influenced generations. Earlier this year, Cristo presented The Mastaba for Serpentine Lake, the temporary floating sculpture in Hyde Park, London, for the Serpentine gallery, which was a culmination of more than 60 years of working with stacked barrels. Currently on view at Pérez Art Museum Miami is the documentary exhibition ‘Christo and Jeanne-Claude: Surrounded Islands, Biscayne Bay, Greater Miami, Florida, 1980–83’.
Following this conversation, Obrist talks to Tomás Saraceno, a Berlin-based artist originally from Buenos Aires. Saraceno is celebrated for his large-scale, floating, interactive installations, which are seated in science and nature, and use wind, weather balloons, and spiders.

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married June 2013 and quickly caught the #travel bug! We started “travel hacking” & finally decided we wanted to go travel for one year. After 2 years of saving $ and over 2 million miles and points, we sold our cars and apartment and left home January 10, 2016. We started this #travelvlog to share our experiences with friends and family, then decided we really liked vlogging and traveling, and we didn’t want to stop after just one year! After achieving our new goal of 100 countries and then all 7 continents (check out our documentary here: we had no plans to slow down, until 2020 decided to force us to ;) which is when we bought a converted Sprinter van to start exploring our own country for the first time. #vanlife was a major adjustment and so different than flying every week like we were used to, but we are incredibly thankful to be able to continue doing something we love every day. ????????????
