Hop aboard a doom buggy as we share 15 spooky secrets and tips about The Haunted Mansion at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom!
Although there is no gore, and the grim, grinning ghosts are friendly, tadpoles may want to sit this dark ride out as it may be a tad too scary for them (0:35). The Haunted Mansion claims that it’s home to exactly 999 happy haunts … but there’s always room for one more (0:32)! This entire ride is perfectly themed, from the tombstones (0:50) that line the interactive queue, to the infamous “stretching room,” to the hitchhiking ghosts that may hop inside the doom buggy with you during your journey throughout the mansion (1:37). This eerie, slow-moving ride is sure to make you want to “hurry back!”

Disneys Haunted Mansion Secrets | The Disney Murder Mystery
Today I solve and delve into the history of The Haunted Mansion's interactive queue's Dread family murder mystery at Disney World's Magic Kingdom.
The newly interactive queue of The Haunted Mansion at Magic Kingdom is another example of great Disney imagineering. I love a good mystery so I think that adding in a who-done-it in the queue is a brilliant way to set the tone and pass the time. The part about this that makes me most excited was discovering that the Dread family have a real created history in the Disney universe at the haunted mansion, and I have decided to explore that while solving the Haunted Mansion murder mystery above!
Edit: After thinking about it - Daisy Dread must have been Jacobs sister not Florence! Hence the same last name and why Jacob came into the fortune first. I read Daisy and Florence as siblings in a blog and did my best to make sense of it in the video but after further thought, I think this makes a lot more sense :)
