Tonga in July
A quick 2 week home trip back home. It was Tonga's cold season and I ended up getting sick half way into my trip. I'm much better but that was the worst flu ever. Managed to enjoy some much needed Tongan food, from Lu ika, ota, niu etc. Always good to be home. Anyways enjoy the vlog!

No One Goes to Tonga for a Tropical Vacation - Why Not?
Tonga doesn't receive much tourism these days, but we found a convenient and affordable island resort named Big Mama's (Pangaimotu Island) right off the main island. It's a cheap tropical island destination that is honestly underrated!
For $25 USD, they will ferry you over to the island, feed you lunch, and ferry you back. While on the island, you can snorkel/dive around massive shipwrecks, go for swims in calm waters, tan on the sun deck, play volleyball, lounge in a hammock - basically all the tropical island type of activities that anyone would want to do.
On top of that, they have drinks, of course, which is always a great addition!

Highlights of traveling Tonga for 2 weeks!! This affordable tropical island travel/vacation destination in the South Pacific is ideal for single travelers looking to go somewhere off the beaten path, as well as families who want to avoid the mass of tourists in most other tropical destinations. Amazing culture, friendly people, stunning scenery and a laid back vibe are what you can expect from Tonga! The island nation is one of the most underrated in the South Pacific. I cannot recommend it enough! If you are looking for a true authentic Polynesian experience, please consider Tonga! Swimming with Humpback Whales was the highlight of our trip. The feeling of locking eyes with these massive yet majestic creatures is something that I'll never be able to put into words. On our trip we went to 3 of the 4 island groups in Tonga (Tongatapu, Ha'apai and Vava'u). We spent 3 days in Tongatapu, 4 in Ha'apai and 8 in Vava'u.

The BEST experience of my Life! Freediving with Humpbacks in Tonga
Freediving with Humpback Whales surpassed all my expectations! I arrived in Tonga with Alexey Molchanov and a small group of divers to explore the Tongan waters and dive with humpbacks.
The water was clear, the weather was perfect, the company was great and the whales were incredible! I didn't realise that humpback whales can be so interactive and interested in humans. This was the best diving experience of my life.
