Turmeric

Neem leaves can be consumed fresh, as a paste, or in it's powder form. Consuming neem supports the natural cleansing of the body and it's tissues. It is beneficial for the digestive, respiratory, and circulatory systems, the reproductive system and urinary tract. Medical studies have shown that neem has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties and helps maintain a healthy digestive system.
Neem and Turmeric
Consuming neem and turmeric with room temperature water, or water with a small addition of honey is a simple way of cleansing the stomach and controlling excess bacterial activity that can deplete energy levels.

Benefits of Neem Fruit and Leaves
Neem is a tree. The bark, leaves, and seeds are used to make medicine. Less frequently, the root, flower, and fruit are also used.
Neem leaf is used for leprosy, eye disorders, bloody nose, intestinal worms, stomach upset, loss of appetite, skin ulcers, diseases of the heart and blood vessels (cardiovascular disease), fever, diabetes, gum disease (gingivitis), and liver problems. The leaf is also used for birth control and to cause abortions.
The bark is used for malaria, stomach and intestinal ulcers, skin diseases, pain, and fever.
The flower is used for reducing bile, controlling phlegm, and treating intestinal worms.
The fruit is used for hemorrhoids, intestinal worms, urinary tract disorders, bloody nose, phlegm, eye disorders, diabetes, wounds, and leprosy.
Neem twigs are used for cough, asthma, hemorrhoids, intestinal worms, low sperm levels, urinary disorders, and diabetes. People in the tropics sometimes chew neem twigs instead of using toothbrushes, but this can cause illness; neem twigs are often contaminated with fungi within 2 weeks of harvest and should be avoided.
The seed and seed oil are used for leprosy and intestinal worms. They are also used for birth control and to cause abortions.
The stem, root bark, and fruit are used as tonic and astringent.
Some people apply neem directly to the skin to treat head lice, skin diseases, wounds, and skin ulcers; as a mosquito repellent; and as a skin softener.
Inside the vagina, neem is used for birth control.
Neem is also used as an insecticide.

Ganesha's Super Intelligence
Dr. Pillai: Cognitive Dissonance is a technical term in Psychology which means, to put it simply, there is confusion arising out of a situation. You do not know if this is right, if that is right; there is more than one right or wrong. You know. When you are confused like this, you have to eliminate the wrong and then settle on the right answer or right perception. and The part of the brain that is involved in doing that activity, within the humans is the Anterior Cingulate, and the neurons are the Von Economo Neurons. As I have mentioned in earlier videos, the elephants have the Von Economo Neurons as well.
Gain Clairity & End Confusion
So Ganesha’s special power, in trying to decide the right and wrong, comes from his having the elephant head and the elephant head carries the Von Economo Neurons. and These neurons are very, very powerful and they are found only in certain evolved animals like the monkeys have that, the dolphins have, and the whales also have these. Only the mammals have these neurons.
Ganesha's Brain
And Ganesha’s brain, the elephant’s brain, has a tremendous amount of these particular neurons that gives him the ability to do that.
So meditation on Ganesha will give you the ability to solve the problems.
You Become As You Think
Because whatever you focus upon you will become that. ’Yad Bhavam Tat Bhavati’, which means you become as you think.
Acquire Ganesha's Powers
So if you meditate on Ganesha over and over and over again, then you acquire his powers.
So if you want to get some power of somebody, then you meditate on that person, you will fill your mind with that person, whoever that is. Then that is how you acquire power, or that personal object you meditate on.
Ganesha's Memory
Also I said that the elephant brain has a bigger hippocampus, associated with memory than the humans. So the elephant’s memory is proverbial. And then Ganesha’s memory is also the same.

So the people who created the mythology are not dumb. They are the most powerful beings and they were able to see the power of animals. This temple's history has been closely related with the one that is the legend of mother Renuka Devi, who is the wife of the great sage Jamadagni. It had been the daily routine, that mother Renuka Devi prepared a pot, by just having mixed the green sand with water. Within that she had collected the river water for the divine rituals, which could have been conducted by her husband, the great sage, Jamadagni.
One day, as usual, she had been to the river to fetch water for rituals. When having filled the pot, she happened to see the shadow of a very handsome celestial being who had been travelling in the sky, on the river water. For a fraction of second, she admired in her mind, that how handsome he was. So, on that day she couldn't able to make the pot with the green sand. This incident had been visualized with the divine power by her husband, the great sage Jamadagni.
This annoyed her husband, the great sage Jamadagni. He ordered his son, Parasuramar to decapitate his mother head. Parasuramar, without having any hesitation, beheaded his mother at the river bed. Then he returned to his mutt. On having known this, the sage Jamadagni pleased very much and asked his son Parasuramar that he could have been recognized for his well deed and he could have been granted for boon.
Parasuramar, at once transferred the boon for her mother to get alive. The sage Jamadagni also pleased to grant his son that what he wanted. He gave his son Parasuramar with the divine water to pour on the decapitated head in order to rejoin with the body. Parasuramar, at once went to the river bed and searched for his mother's decapitated head and body.
Parasuramar, who was in a hurry rejoined his mother's head, with the body of another woman, who had been also decapitated by her husband for what she had been suspected about her virginity by her husband. So with his mother's head, the body of another woman raised and she had been powered with divine status. Later She had been praised as Mariamman.
This temple has been the shelter for the people, who have been affected with smallpox. These affected people, could come to the temple, and could take bath in the temple well. Then, with having worn wet clothes, the devotees could circumambulate the main shrine, and could worship the goddess, that they could have been cured from the disease. The temple guru would give them the theertha, that is, the water, mixed with turmeric and neem leaves not only, but also with the grace of this goddess. People, also could have been relieved, from the severe spells, and witchcrafts, when they take shelter, here in this temple.
