The Best Restaurant In Orlando Has A Pop Up! | Our First Family Meal Out At Bull & Bear Club!

Check out today's important link- Feeding Children Everywhere-

In today's vlog we head to Bull & Bear at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando for the opening of their temporary Bull & Bear Club Pop Up location! Thank you to the Waldorf Astoria for inviting us to take part in the opening! We were able to sit outside and the restaurant and staff were taking every precaution to ensure a safe dining experience, we felt really good about our experience. We start the night with wedge salad and the tuna... at the Bull and Bear appetizer, both were so good! Then we had the mains and they even made some gourmet baby food for Jackson! It was really special! Tim had the filet, which was cooked perfectly and I had the seabass and black venus risotto, also very delicious! We took the peanut butter dessert to go and it was still really good at home! We had a fantastic time and we were so happy to go out and have a meal as a family at our favorite restaurant in Orlando! Have you been to Bull & Bear before, what did you think? Let us know in the comments down below! Thank you for watching and we'll see you tomorrow with a new vid!

Our Food Review at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ at Disney Springs!

Now reopened at Disney Springs after the 2020 business closures, Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ restaurant is once again serving up Southern comfort food in an elevated fashion to guests looking for good eats at Disney World’s shopping district.

Susan and I head to Homecomin’ for lunch on June 18, 2020. We were greeted by the restaurant staff all smiling behind their face masks, which are required for all Cast Members and Guests at Disney Springs. From the moment we saw their menu concept, we knew we were in for a treat! Chef Art Smith even popped by our table for a moment to check in on our meal.

Check out our review of the foods we had for lunch and for the excellent service we received. And if our review inspired you to grab a bite at Homecomin’ in the future, tell them that Ear To Ear Magic sent you! While there, say hello to Assistant Manager Kevin Smith, who will take care of you, not because of any reason other than he works hard to make sure that all Dining guests have a superb meal and experience.

The One Where We Go To Monica's Apartment From Friends & That 70's Show Basement At Pointe Orlando!

Please check out today's important link- Equal Justice Initiative-

In today's vlog we head to Pointe Orlando to check out the Friends & That 70's Show set pop up! If you love the iconic television shows, Friends and That 70's Show and want to hang out in Monica's apartment or Eric Forman's basement, you should definitely check this out! At the time of filming this it was priced at $15 for admission and that got you 10 mins in each of the sets. (link to their website is down below for more info) They also had fun props and lots of easter eggs from the shows. The game board from the episode where Monica and Rachel switched apartments with Chandler and Joey. The Geller cup troll trophy and more! You could also climb through the window and even hang out on the outside balcony and try to catch a glimpse of the ugly naked guy! It was awesome and very instagramable! Then we head over to Eric's basement where we saw more fun easter eggs like the stupid helmet, the iconic table where the circle happened, the couch where the and more! The sets were really detailed and it was fun checking everything out! Then we headed out into Pointe Orlando for a look around. It was like a ghost town because not much is really open there. There were a few restaurants that were still open and the Fourth Wall pop up but that was about it. There weren't any signs listing when things would be opening back up but we'll keep you posted when we learn more. What did you think about this trip to Pointe Orlando? Will you be checking out the Friends & That 70's Show Pop Up? Let us know in the comments down below!

Lightning Struck Cinderella Castle & The Great Hotdog Hunt Of 2020 At Disney World's Magic Kingdom!

Please check out today's important link- St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital-

In today's vlog we head to Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom in search of a hotdog, some quiet spots and fun! We start the day with a trip over to the park on the ferry boat and as soon as we head in we see that the Mickey and friends are hanging out at the top of the train station, waving hello to guests! Then we start our search for some quiet spots to take in the magic around the park, we find a few places that are pretty secluded and relaxing. We definitely recommend taking some time to just sit back and take it all in. Especially now that there's not much planning that can be done at the parks, with no fast passes and much lower ride wait times and things like that, there's more time to relax. Then the storm rolled in and we had to take cover but we did see lightning strike the castle!! So even in during the rain you can see some pretty amazing things at Disney! We brave the storm and head back into the park where we continue our search for a Disney hotdog. We looked and looked for an outdoor cart or eatery that sold hotdogs but we only found them at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe and since we're actively avoiding going inside to eat we decided against that one, but it was good to know that it was an option. As we looked around we realized that many of the faster food options were closed so that's just something to note if you're planning a trip to the Magic Kingdom anytime soon. We also take a trip up the Robinson Family Treehouse and a spin on the carousel! Before heading home for the day we were able to see the princesses on the train station and then again as they made their way backstage and down the ramp. It a good character sighting day even in the rain, I'm really liking how they're handling the character interactions during this time! What do you think, do you like the cavalcades and seeing characters from a distance like on the train station, let us know in the comments down below! We hope you had fun hanging out at the Magic Kingdom with us on this rainy afternoon! Thank you for watching and we'll see you tomorrow with a new vid!

Disney's Hollywood Studios Reopens! | New Boarding Pass Procedures, Crowd Levels & Characters!

Check out today's important link- Red Backpack Fund-

In today's vlog we head to Walt Disney World's Hollywood Studios to check out changes to the park and to park operations now that they're reopened. Now we've been to all 4 Disney World parks since they're reopened after being closed for 4 months. We started by checking out crowd levels, ride wait times and we also got to see how the characters will be interacting with guests around the park. We saw a couple of character cavalcades while we were in the park today, the Pixar Pals Motorcade and the Disney Junior Motorcade. We saw characters like The Incredibles, Edna Mode, Sully From Monsters Inc, Buzz Lightyear, Woody and Jessie From Toy Story. Then we also saw Fancy Nancy, Doc McStuffins and Vampirina from Disney Junior. Then we take a spin around the park and check out the ride wait times in Galaxy's Edge and Toy Story Land. We even ride Slinky Dog Dash and Alien Swirling Saucers. We also check out the wait times for Rock 'n' Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror. It felt nice to have an almost normal day at the park. The crowd levels were low and it was easy to stay physically distant the entire time I was in the park. We hope you enjoyed this update at Hollywood Studios! Thank you for watching and we'll see you tomorrow with a new vid!

Pool Party Fun! | Jackson Is 7 Months Old & Celebrating Tim's Big Day!

Please check out today's important link- The Marsha P. Johnson Institute-

In today's vlog we celebrate Father's Day and Jackson's 7 month milestone birthday day (still not sure what to call it lol). We made Tim some waffles, his favorite, for breakfast and then we opened some presents for Tim and Jackson. Jackson made Dada a handmade card and they got some books to read together! Then we had some fun in the pool! Jackson wasn't too sure at first but by the end, he loved the pool! He was splashing in the water and kicking his little chubby legs, it was adorable! We'll definitely be having another pool day soon! Then we ate some hotdogs for lunch and Jackson got to open his presents, he got a puzzle and a toy cellphone. He loves our cellphones so we thought we'd get him his own and he can even call a dog! Then we have some dinner from a local restaurant, it was delicious and nice treat! We end the night with cookies, they were also delicious! We hope you enjoyed hanging out with us at home today and celebrating Tim and Jackson's big days! Thank you for watching and we'll see you tomorrow with a new vid!

Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' - Disney Dining Review

Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' is the first Florida themed restaurant in Disney Springs. With its Floridian flare and locally grown food it does not disappoint. Check out everything you need to know and more in our Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' Disney Dining Review.

The atmosphere at Homecomin is like no other. It feels like you are eating at a family farm house. The main area is open concept with views of the kitchen, there is exposed wood, and a huge outdoor deck. There are even pictures of Chef Art Smith up on the wall. The homely feel combines well with the Florida home cooking.

You might ask what is Floridian inspired food? It is a mix of seafood and southern cooking with fresh locally grown ingredients. Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' Brunch is offered on the weekend and has the best brunch comfort food we have seen at Disney Springs. Don't worry they still offer the fried chicken and donuts at breakfast so you won't miss out. The fried chicken is one of their signature items. For lunch and dinner you can get it with donuts, in a sandwich or on a salad.

Whatever you do make sure you save room for dessert. Chef art smith hummingbird cake is one of his classics and it is amazing. The portion sizes are pretty generous so we shared our mains to ensure we had room for dessert. They do also accept Disney dining plan, tables in wonderland and annual pass holder discount.

Here in Canada I have never found a Floridian inspired restaurant. I did not know what to expect before we went. They definitely won me over with their comfortable atmosphere and delicious food. I will most definitely be back for seconds to Chef Art Smith homecoming Disney Springs.

We hope you have enjoyed our Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' Review. What is your favourite restaurant in Disney Springs? Let us know in the comment section. If you liked this video please give us a like and subscribe. We also have lots of other Disney dining reviews you might want to check out :)

Thanks for watching.

This View is All I've Ever Wanted! | New Nursery Set Up & Chicago Running Challenge

Peter officially has his sleep study scheduled! After a visit to the pulmonologist today, it is clear he needs to get checked out (especially before the baby arrives!). We grab dinner at Hot Krust Kitchen before a productive night rearranging the nursery. Sarah does baby laundry for the first time and the whole night is pretty surreal. We've waited to have these experiences for a long time. Grateful is an understatement! Peter laces up his running shoes and gets out for a quick run. He signs up for a new running challenge for some inspiration! It's called 'Run the L and it's based on the length of Chicago's elevated public transportation system (you can sign up using the link below). The swag is so cool! Before our sign off we talk about 28 week baby doctor appointment tomorrow. Can you believe we're just about to hit our third trimester?

An Angry Little Snake In The Pool, Cute Baby Playtime & You Wanna Hear A Ghost Story? | Home Vlog

Please check out today's important link- Children's Rescue Coalition-

In today's home vlog we start the day with breakfast with Jenn, then we have some baby playtime with Jackson! I like to give him all the toys and let him pick what he wants to play with and Tim likes to give him a couple of things to choose from, what do you do? Then Tim gets an angry little snake out of the pool! Be sure to check your pool for little creatures and critters especially in these hot Summer months, sometimes they'll go near the pool looking for water and get stuck. Tim gives you an update on his ankle and then we have a live show. If you were able to make it to the liveshow, thank you! And if you watched the replay later, thank you! Then we have lunch and take a quick car ride to get some pool supplies. It was nice to get out of the house for a bit and we wanted to make sure that Jackson is still comfortable with being in the car so we try to take him out occasionally, if we can. Then Jackson gets sick, we think he might have overfed because he was sleep eating, he was fine the rest of the night, so that's good! Then I clean up Jackson's toys and activity chair while Tim goes grocery shopping. When he comes home he makes a lullaby discovery! We found out that our monitor plays Jolene by Dolly Parton as one of the lullabies, we thought that was kinda strange lol. And we had a delicious dinner of sesame chicken. Then we put the baby to sleep and we ended our night talking about ghost stories, scary movies we watched, discussing The Witching Hour, and umbrellas. We hope you had fun hanging out at home with us today thank your for watching and we will see you tomorrow with a new vid!

Please check out today's important link- National Diaper Bank Network-

In today's vlog we hang out at home and make some delicious cheesy egg burritos for breakfast and we get to see Jackson's little teeth! He has 2 now!! It's really unbelievable just how fast he's growing up. Then we show you how we make Jackson's baby food. We do some meal prep for the week, with some avocado. Then Tim tries on some glasses virtually before his eye exam. We'll show you the ones he picked out when they come in the mail. We harvest some of our tomatoes finally!! They were so good! We get some take out for dinner, which was such a nice treat and was so so good! And we end the night with some playtime with the baby, he's so close to crawling! We couldn't believe just how close he was, he's got the motions down and it'll be no time before he's mobile. Then we watch the Unsolved Mysteries reboot on Netflix before bed, which maybe wasn't a great idea lol. We had a great day though, we're so happy to be able to spend so much quality time together as a family. We're so grateful that we get to watch Jackson grow up and progress more and more everyday. Please check out today’s important link- Orlando Union Rescue Mission-

In today’s vlog we head to Universal Studios Florida to check out the new crepe stand! We’re so excited that it’s finally open and we try 4 of the 6 menu items! We tried to wait out the storm before having our delicious crepes, because as you know, it rains every day in Florida! We tried the chicken and goat cheese crepe, the bbq brisket crepe, the lemon and blueberry crepe and the strawberry and Nutella crepe. They were all really really good! This is a great addition to the food options in the park for sure! My favorites were the chicken and goat cheese crepe and the lemon and blueberry crepe. I can’t wait to try the two I missed on my next trip! Then we head over to the HHN tribute store to see the new merchandise they rolled out recently. They have a new mold-a-rama machine and you can make your very own Frankenstein’s monster figure! It’s pretty awesome! We’re also giving away the figure we made and two HHN themed masks! Check out how to enter in the comments down below! We hope you had fun hanging out with us at Universal Studios today! Thank you for watching and we’ll see you tomorrow with a new vid!

A Trip To Disney Springs To Eat The Best Lunch Ever & Some Updates Around The Springs!

Please check out today's important link- ASPCA-

In today's vlog we head to Disney Springs to see what's new around the Springs and to have fun lunch at one of our favorite restaurants! We start by checking out the Westside where Cirque Du Soleil, City Works Pourhouse, and House of Blues is at. Then we head over to Disney Style to see some of the new merch. We also talk about the Ample Hills Creamery news, they will not longer be opening a location at Disney Springs and the location on Disney's Boardwalk has also closed. Next we head to Wine Bar George for some super delicious lunch! They had this amazing pork dish for the Disney Springs WonderFall Food Menu last year and we were so happy to see that they are now offering this on the regular lunch menu. It was just as fantastic as I remember it being and I definitely recommend trying it if you're looking for something delicious to eat while at Disney Springs. Then we try to end our day with a stop into World of Disney but it just didn't seem like people were adhering by the physically distancing rules so we decided to skip that store. Hopefully we'll be able to go in another time, but we still had a really great day at Disney Springs! Thank you for watching and we'll see you tomorrow with a new vid!

We Went Island Hopping On Jet Skis During A Huge Storm! | Real Florida Adventures!

Please check out today's link- Amazing Animals Inc-

In today's vlog we head to the Space Coast for some jet ski island hopping fun with our friends, Brian and Kylie from Amazing Animals Inc and Ram from BK Adventure! We start out by taking the jet ski over to Horseshoe Crab Island, where we see a dog! This is where locals go to hang out. Then we head over to Catfish Island, where we see some really neat palm tree that washed up on shore during a storm. There were lots of little creatures crawling around the tree, that was cool to see! Then we saw a horseshoe crab, it was amazing to see! We learned a little bit about the importance of the horseshoe crab and we even see some horseshoe crab shells. We also learned about the importance of the Florida mangrove. That is when the storm really set in we get to see a huge storm roll in just as we were leaving. We had to brave the storm surge on the way back to shore. It was a pretty cool experience! We had a really awesome time and we highly recommend booking an adventure like this on your next Florida vacation. There is so much to do outside of the theme parks and exploring Florida's natural beauty is a great way to spend a day. We hope you enjoyed hanging out on the river with us thank you for watching and we will see you Monday with another new vid!

Thank you to BK Adventure for taking us on this amazing jet ski island hopping adventure! Check them out for your next adventure!-

Why Does the Boardwalk Pizza Window Always Break Us? | Resort Swimming & Late Night Crib Building

We've waited years and years to finally be able to put a crib together for our children, and today is that day! It was delivered today and we know we will be impatient and put it together the second we get home from tonight's festivities. Sarah starts the vlog out with a plant based stuffed peppers step by step recipe. They were so delicious! The Petras family is having a little staycation at the Beach Club resort and they invited us to join them for a night swim. Stormalong Bay is still closed, so the clown pool it is! Peter goes on a humid run around the Epcot resorts area while the girls get a treat... Why does the Boardwalk pizza window always break us? When we get home Peter puts the crib together while Sarah and Eve work on our latest blog post (linked below). It's a late night, but worth it. Happy weekending!
