They have a legacy in making Kulcha since before Partition and after that I went to my favourite Best Lassi Shop in Amritsar and that is Giani Di Lassi is a deadly combination which can make you literally asleep.
The kulcha that Pehalwan Kulcha Shop serves is the same like we had in Delhi at Chawla Chur Chur Naan and the Lassi has no comparison according to me.

I have become a fan of this Lassi. We also tried the Rabdi which had a thick texture and was equally tasty.We went there again in the evening to try their pede Waali Lassi.
