It very well could be that your CEO is a psychopath. According to research by Journalist Jon Ronson the chance that your CEO is psychopathic is much higher than most other people. The statistics amongst regular people are that 1 in a 100 are psychopathic. Amongst CEO's this is almost 4 times higher.
A psychopath is afflicted with a personality disorder characterized by a tendency to commit antisocial and sometimes violent acts and has a failure to feel guilt for such acts. But why is the chance of your CEO being a psychopathic higher. That's because In busines many psychopathic characteristics are rewarded.

a lack of empathy.
a grandiose sense of self worth
a lack of remorse
and a manipulative personality.
As you can see he or she doesn't have to be a killer.
Psychopaths also tend to be impulsive and irresponsible.

Having a bird's eye view on the battlefield is always a plus. Army Staff Sergeant Jose Ibarra tells about some soldiers in southern Afghanistan using this to their advantage.
With boots on the ground and eyes in the sky, U.S. Soldiers from Combined Task Force Dragoon along with soldiers from the Afghan National Army and the Afghan Local Police come together. The mission is to inspect and clear an area in Kandahar Province suspected of having possible IED's improvised explosive devices.
