The Prospect Point has a lookout with amazing views of mountains, ocean, Lions Gate Bridge, West and North Vancouver. The Hollow Tree is the most famous attraction in Stanley Park. It is very old, about 600-800 years old Western Cedar Tree that died but left a huge hollow stump. The Stanley Park Seawall is very popular for walking, jogging, biking and rollerblading. The Brockton Point Lighthouse is located on the north east corner of Stanley Park. The Port of Vancouver Lookout offers an exceptional view of Burrard Inlet and highlights the working port of Vancouver.

While the carriage we were on was not accessible, Cheryl could manage the step to get into the carriage, they do have accessible carriages, but this was the last trip of the day, and we were leaving the next day.


The leisurely pace might make this a good choice for those that have family members wish sensory issues. You get a really nice overview of the park and learn a lot about the history of the Stanley Park,
