Number 2 River is famous for having perhaps the most beautiful beach in all of West Africa, and this treasure in Sierra Leone doesn't disappoint at all. The best part is I have the beach nearly all to myself. The only other 2 guests here are a couple film makers whom I share a number of beers with.

Day 47 is a bit of a muggy day in Freetown, Sierra Leone. I had been planning on spending the day relaxing on the beach, but the weather didn't really convince me that it was such a good idea. Thus, I took a bit of a lazy day before heading down to the beach in the afternoon and then out for a couple drinks in the evening.
