???????? Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands BWI : You wont believe that long ago there was actually a beach at the very southern portion of Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman. Now if you go to this area of beach, you will be shocked to see that there is no beach at all. Since I came to this island back in 2015, there was always a big beach area, now there is not. It is very sad to witness the disappearance of sand from this area of the Seven Mile Beach. There are arguments suggesting it is global warming or man made, who knows! All I know is that there use to be a beach and now there isn't. Hope this video helps with your travel plans to this beautiful island in the near future! I started this video in the parking lot of the old Royal Palms Bar and Restaurant, next door to Coral Beach Club and walked to the Grand Cayman Marriott Resort and back. The Marriott recently changed there name, there is no longer beach in it, it is now called just the Grand Cayman Marriott Resort, in my opinion they should have done this a few years ago. Then i walked back to where I started I walked over to the Coral Beach Club to see whats happening and got a little wet in the process too!

Welcome to the neighbourhood that us locals call the SMB corridor. This location is east Seven Mile Beach, on the other side of West Bay Road, where one will find the finest real estate in Cayman. The Grand Cayman Islands in 4K Ultra HD
What an epic adventure I had in Grand Cayman, swimming with stingrays! Stingray City did not disappoint, and the snorkeling at Rum Point Barrier Reef was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed searching for starfish at Starfish Point and had a fantastic time hiking through Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park and along 7-Mile Beach.
Seven Mile Beach is a long crescent of coral-sand beach on the western end of Grand Cayman island.
