Island of Tutuila, American Samoa - The buses of American Samoa (Pacific Ocean). Let's go to American Samoa which is a group of islands in the South Pacific Ocean. In American Samoa, we will visit the island of Tutuila which has good public transportation (frequent, but unscheduled) via “aiga” or “family” colorful buses, the subjects of this video. For one to two dollars you can take the bus around Pago Pago Harbor, and to the more remote parts of the island of Tutuila in American Samoa. Buses originate and terminate at the market in Fagatogo, the village next to Pago Pago, in American Samoa. The roads are generally too narrow and the traffic too busy for bicycles.
Buses within densely populated areas run very frequently, whereas more remote places might only be served a few times a day. Buses start running at 6 AM and continue until 6 PM.
The buses usually play loud, relaxed, island style music, one should not miss this chance to feel American Samoa.

Exploring Samoa 2019

Our two weeks spent in Samoa on Upolo, Savai'i and Namua island.

We had only 2 nights in resorts and the others were spent in beach fales across the islands. Personally we think that is the best way to see the country. We can't recommend this paradise enough. The beautiful people and beaches free from crowds made this a very special place.

If you have any questions let us know. We'd be happy to recommend :)
