Hey everyone! Welcome to our latest video where we take you on an exciting/scary trip to Brunei. This place has been in the news a lot, and we wanted to see what it's really like beyond what everyone talks about. So, we kicked off our adventure wanting to dive into the real Brunei - from its strict laws to its incredible wealth. It's a country that's caught between its rich traditions and some pretty tough rules. But what really blew us away was how friendly and welcoming the people are.
We got to check out the Sultan's massive palace, which is just mind-blowing with all its luxury. But it's not all about the glitz here; we also saw how the country takes care of its people, with free schooling and healthcare, which is pretty awesome. Our journey took us through bustling markets where everything's super cheap, beautiful mosques covered in gold, and even into the lives of the locals who invited us to share a meal with them. It was these moments that really made our trip special.
We also got a peek into the less flashy side of Brunei, visiting a water village and seeing how people live in houses on stilts right over the water. It felt like stepping into a whole different world. This video is all about showing you the real Brunei - from the fancy bits to the simple, everyday life of its people. We're here to share our experiences, the cool places we've seen, the delicious food we've tried, and the amazing people we've met along the way.

I Moved in With a Bhutanese Family! ????????
Join me on my incredible journey living with a local Bhutanese family in the small village of Punakha, Bhutan! This remote Himalayan country remained isolated for so long and has preserved their unique Buddhist culture. I fully immersed myself in their traditions, values, food, and way of life.
In this vlog, I'll take you around the traditional Bhutanese farmhouse I lived in. You'll see their altar room, kitchen with wood-burning stove, living quarters and even the farm animals they raise. I'll introduce you to the warm, welcoming family who took such good care of me.
You'll see a typical day for a farming family in rural Bhutan. We'll harvest vegetables from their garden, collect eggs from the chicken coop and even help milk the cows and learn about yaks! We gather for a delicious family-style Bhutanese meal.
I'll take you around the village and show you what life is like in their close-knit community. We'll visit ornate temples, and browse local markets, and you'll see their unique style of dress.
This was such an unforgettable experience for me. I hope this vlog transports you to the magical kingdom of Bhutan and gives you a little taste of this fascinating culture and people. Welcome to my latest travel vlog! In this episode, I'll be taking you on a thrilling trekking journey through the hills of Kotang in East Nepal. As we venture through dangerous and sketchy paths, we'll be treated to breathtaking views that are sure to take your breath away.
As we make our way to the village, we'll be welcomed with open arms and the traditional Nepalese greeting, Namaste. Along the way, we'll encounter some amazing locals, and farmers, and cross some of the sketchiest bamboo bridges you'll ever see. But don't worry, we'll make it through together. We'll have to cross the local stream and drink some refreshing water from there.
From corn fields to rice fields, and potato fields to any field you can think of, we'll get a chance to indulge in the culture of rural Nepal and everything it has to offer. En este video aprovechamos un día de nevada para hacer un asado de obra en la nieve y comer al lado de la parrilla! La idea surgió ya que teníamos madera disponible para recordar los asados argentinos que se hacían en las obras en la época de mi infancia.
Elegimos el corte de carne banderita y también unos chorizos estilo español, y por supuesto no podía faltar una buena botella de vino (esta vez de origen portugués) para acompañar este rico asado!
Luego los llevamos a hacer un recorrido a pie por el barrio, paseando a Togo, y les explicamos sobre el diario vivir en invierno en Canadá.
Esperamos que disfruten este asado de obra en la nieve y les deseamos un feliz fin de semana!

¡Hola todos! Gracias por mirar este video que es parte de nuestra serie Cocinando con Daniel, donde mi padre comparte historias y cocina comidas típicas de Argentina y otras partes de Latinoamérica.
Esta serie comenzó con la idea de filmar los asados argentinos que hacíamos aquí en casa durantes los fines de semana. Ricos asado con los clásicos como chorizo, bife de lomo, bife de chorizo, vacio, asado de tira, y entraña...en fin, un poco de todo! Y para acompañar siempre una picadita y unos buenos vinos argentinos.
De ahí empezamos a cocinar otras comidas argentinas como milanesas, pizzas, pastas, empanadas, puchero, locro y más. Estas son todas comidas argentinas que ustedes nos pidieron en los comentarios, así que se las preparamos con gusto!

海洋ゴミ問題は、内陸部にはあまり関係ない話と思われがちですが
川をつたい海へと流れるごみは実に海洋ゴミの80％を締めています。
身近なプラスチックが地球環境を驚異的な速さで悪化させており、
万能なプラスチックは数百年も自然界を漂い多くの生命や地球環境を破壊しています。
使い捨てプラスチックが生まれてから50年程度にも関わらず
地球の歴史を覆す事態になっていることにはあまり実感がないかもしれません。
しかし未来へのバトンの中身は今ゴミで溢れかえっています。
一体どうしたら良いのでしょうか。
みなさんと共に考え行動に移していけたらと思います。

Sharon Meijer (28) has paranoid schizophrenia, but you usually do not notice anything about her. She works in the bakery at Dijk en Duin, a psychiatric institution in Castricum that is portrayed in this episode of Anthropology of the Dutch. Sharon is one of the main characters in this episode about mental illness in The Netherlands. How do the Dutch deal with mental sickness? Are there intitutions for the mentally ill? How do they live?

'We wanted a community that was involuntarily composed, and that's how we ended up at the psychiatric institution Dijk en Duin in Castricum. Such settings are increasingly being closed. I hope those fools in The Hague when they see this think: maybe isn't it such a smart idea that everyone lives independently on a flat. Because these patients also have something together, and that peaceful environment in nature is certainly good for people. I have often thought while shooting this episode, as I was once again on the edge of overstrain: just let me stay there for a week.'
