While in Colorado Springs we decided to get out and tackle the well known hike in Manitou Springs, Colorado called the INCLINE. Just a short drive from Colorado Springs to Manitou Springs and your adventure (or torture)begins!
At the base you are at 6,600 ft elevation and you will climb (NOT HIKE) 2,768 STEPS to the SUMMIT of 8,550 FT!
This ‘hike’ is NO JOKE!! There are a couple turn around spots if you decide not to go to the top or you can just walk back down but be careful, your legs may be a bit wobbly!!

I got myself some trail-running shoes! There have been too many times recently where I have been on hikes and just wanted to mix it up with a bit of running but didn't feel like I had the right gear - well now I do! So I got together with my friend Colin and we went on an adventure to the Brecon Beacons. We started our weekend with a warm-up hike ( We then stayed the night at a campsite near Brecon (using my Tentbox for the very first time woohoo!) and tackled the famous Horseshoe Circular the next day. We did a combination of walking and running across Corn Du, Pen Y Fan, Cribyn and Fan Y Big. It was absolutely sensational, I think I love trail-running already.

Is travelling solo safe? - I would argue the answer is almost always yes! As long as you use your common sense and you follow your own government's guidelines about travelling in that country. I have made several videos on backpacking safety on my channel.
Do you have plans to settle down? Yes, I'm currently saving to purchase my first property in the UK and I'd love to have children one day. I doubt I'll ever live a completely 'conventional' lifestyle by society's standards though, as I often have my own preferred way of doing things.

Richie is back at it again! This month's challenge is a speed run type, and the rules really put us in a corner around how to compete! 2S and 3S only, stock electronics...this limits our options down to basically James's LaTrax Rally.
We first enter via the normal challenge route - simple speed run across the parking lot. With James driving, this is more entertaining than you would expect! Result: 20mph.
THEN....we get more creative. By living in the gray area between the rules, we then get bonus mph to push the speed of the LaTrax WAAAAAY up there.
Is it legal? Does it count?
We will have to leave it to the judges to determine!

Historic Auto Attractions - Miss Belvedere, Lincoln, Hall of Christ + More in New Expansion - Part 4
A continuation of the tour through Historic Auto Attractions' brand new expansion in Roscoe, Illinois. This section of the new East Wing features lots of great exhibits, including the incredible Abraham Lincoln collection, the new Hall of Christ, a 9/11 Memorial, displays on Col. Sanders, Howard Hughes, and Harry Houdini. There's also a country music display with relics of Hank Williams Patsy Cline, and Conway Twitty, along with a display of clocks, including some of the presidents. Then there's a large racing exhibit in the back.

Colorado Springs Colorado | RACING TO THE TOP OF PIKES PEAK
Welcome back!
In this video, I will take you along with me as I race to the top of Pikes Peak located near Colorado Springs, Colorado. On the way up to the top, you will see some awesome scenery, amazing views and some rocking hiking trails. There are plenty of turnoffs where you can park your vehicle, put on your Hiking boots, and hike as far as you can go. Warning, this is a dangerous hike, mostly because of the Pikes Peak weather and the Pikes Peak elevation. Some come along with me and ride along the Pikes Peak highway as we travel to the top of the mountain. You can also turn your headphones up and use the scenery to inspire your climb while working out inside or outside on your own bicycle.
