〇東大寺
東大寺は、奈良県奈良市雑司町にある華厳宗の大本山の寺院。山号はなく、本尊は奈良大仏として知られる盧舎那仏。開山（初代別当）は良弁である。正式には金光明四天王護国之寺ともいい、奈良時代（8世紀）に聖武天皇が国力を尽くして建立した寺である。現別当（住職・224世）は橋村公英。
奈良時代には中心堂宇の大仏殿（金堂）のほか、東西2つの七重塔（推定高さ約70メートル以上）を含む大伽藍が整備されましたが、中世以降、2度の兵火で多くの建物を焼失しました。現存する大仏は、度々修復を受けており、台座（蓮華座）などの一部に当初の部分を残すのみであり、また現存する大仏殿は江戸時代中期の宝永6年（1709年）に規模を縮小して再建されたものです。「大仏さん」の寺として、古代から現代に至るまで広い信仰を集め、日本の文化に多大な影響を与えてきた寺院であり、聖武天皇が当時の日本の60余か国に建立させた国分寺の中心をなす「総国分寺」と位置付けされました。

1998年（平成10年）に「古都奈良の文化財」の構成資産の一つとして、国際連合教育科学文化機関（ユネスコ）により世界文化遺産に登録されています。

【長野観光】善光寺参り＆猿の温泉。世界でここだけの姿が可愛すぎる！
今回は冬の長野観光で人気のスポットを巡りました。
野生の猿が温泉に入っている姿は、予想以上に可愛いので必見です…！

善光寺は国宝建造物の中で東日本最大、日本でも４番目の大きさ！
その存在感は圧巻でした。
地獄谷野猿公苑は、野生の猿が温泉に入っている姿を
間近で見ることができる超絶癒しスポット！
猿は寒い日にしか温泉に入らないので、冬にだけ見られる貴重な光景です。
黒部峡谷で野生の猿に追いかけられた私たちにとっては、
”猿のトラウマ”から解放される場所でもありました。。。笑

Hasedera Temple in Nara Prefecture has many attractions, and you can enjoy nature throughout the year, including cherry blossoms, hydrangeas, autumn leaves, and plum blossoms.
From the viewing platform on the grounds, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Kamakura's cityscape and Yuigahama Beach.
The weather was nice and the autumn leaves were in full bloom, so the view from the stage side of the main hall was very beautiful.

I arrived in Nara exhausted.
