Being a fisherman in Vietnam, I've always found this type of plant annoying: your fish hook gets stuck, clogs up rivers, makes it impossible to take a boat through... and it's floating up and down all over the rivers in Vietnam! I had no idea that this plant is edible and decided to make a hotpot with it. The result was unexpected... But anyhow, I hope you guys enjoy the video!
Câu cá ở Việt Nam thật sự rất khó với loài cây khó ưa này: đi câu thì dính lưỡi câu, đi ghe thì mắc vào chân vịt... mà đi câu sông nào cũng gặp nó! Không hề biết nó ăn được, quyết định đem đi nhúng lẩu. Kết quả ăn xong hết mất cả hồn... Mong mọi người thích video lần này nhé!

►Làm lò hun khói từ cái lu đựng nước! 1KG thịt heo! ◄
I purposely made a DIY smoker from random objects that I could find. I used a ceramic pot, chickenwire, bricks, metal bowl, coconut husk, charcoal and a cement brick thing for the cover, but banana leaves could work too. If you’re interested in making a smoker in Vietnam, the video should give you a rough idea how to make one that’s relatively cheap or cost free. It was the first test run, happy with how it came out, but will definitely need to make some improvements.
Tôi đã tự làm một lò hun khói từ những thứ ngẫu nhiên xung quanh nhà. Tôi đã dùng: 1 lu gốm, lưới mắt cáo, gạch, 1 cái thau bằng thiếc, dừa khô, than và một miếng xi măng đậy lại - có thể đậy bằng lá chuối cũng được. Nếu bạn có hứng thú với việc làm một lò hun khói ở Việt Nam, vudeo này sẽ cho bạn ý tưởng để làm điều đó. Rất rẻ hoặc hầu như không tốn tiền. Video này là lần đầu tiên làm thử, kết quả cũng ngon, nhưng tất nhiên tôi cần cải tiến nó hơn nữa.

The night we spent in our Ta Giang trekking trip. After a long hiking day, all we want is food. It turned out to be a MASSIVE BBQ PORK/CHICKEN MEAL! We dinned in windy weather so the audio is a bit distorted, hope you won't mind and enjoy the video!

Geht mit auf einen Rundgang durch Deutschlands schönsten Zoo Leipzig! Wir besuchen Gondwanaland, das sich, beeindruckend, unter einer riesigen Kuppel befindet, laufen durch die toll gestalteten Anlagen der verschiedenen Kontinente, Pongoland und wundern uns dabei, warum es, bei steigenden Fallzahlen, nicht mehr Schutzmaßnahmen während Corona gibt.
Ein wirklich toller Zoo, der sich Mühe gibt möglichst artgerecht zu sein. Bei den Elefanten gelingt das unserer Meinung nach, nur bedingt. Ob ein Zoo im herkömmlichen Sinne noch zeitgemäß ist, muss dann am Ende jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Eine der Top Sehenswürdigkeiten Leipzigs ist der Zoo auf jeden Fall!
