I'm Jason, a full-time British Travel Vlogger and YouTuber who's been to 61 countries. I've been travelling around the world full-time since 2017.

I have travel series' from many of the world's best (and least) known destinations. I filmed the first vlogs on my channel in the summer of 2016 after spending a year living in China. A proper solo trip around Eastern Europe followed after graduating from University in the summer of 2017, taking me to Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Kosovo. This marked the start of my efforts to turn vlogging into a full-time job.

After that European trip I explored much of Asia: visiting India, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Pakistan, the Philippines, South Korea and Kazakhstan.

I have also travelled to North Africa and the Middle East fairly extensively over the last five years, filming videos in Turkey, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Israel and Palestine.

I've travelled to North America just once as a YouTuber, visiting Mexico in 2021. Though I have been to both the USA and Canada, this was as a child on family holidays.

In 2022, I took my first trip to Sub Saharan Africa, visiting Kenya and Tanzania, before heading to the Middle East, stopping in Dubai and Lebanon. Europe followed, covering both the Greek and Turkish sides of Cyprus, and afterwards going back to Italy for the second time to cover Milan and Sicily. I then visited the Caribbean for the first time, covering the Dominican Republic, before heading to both Brussels and Amsterdam, then covering Taiwan and the Philippines in Asia. I finished off the year with a trip around Morocco.

I started my travels in 2023 by finally visiting Paris, taking the Eurostar from London. I then headed over to Qatar for a few days, before heading to Asia, with videos following from India, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan and Mongolia.

You can ONLY Do This In MONGOLIA! (#165)

The Mongols. Genghis Khan. The largest land empire the world has ever known.

This is a land home to people who really punched above their weight. But that was history, what's going on in modern Mongolia? Are the traditions still going strong?

After finishing my summer trip around China, I decided to pay a quick visit to China's greatest rival. I was not disappointed.

In The Land Of The Nomads (Mongolia) Vacation Travel Video Guide

Travel video about the Nomads in Mongolia
Protected by endless deserts and untouched landscapes, an exotic and fascinating civilisation has managed to survive right up to the present day. In Central Asia is the land of the nomads, Mongolia, once a legendary and feared realm yet one that is full of natural beauty. Today’s capital of Ulaanbaatar, or Red Corner, was some centuries ago nothing more than a small nomad settlement but now around a million people live there, one third of the country’s population. The name Genghis Khan is synonymous with Mongolia. Under the leadership of this legendary monarch, the Mongols established the largest empire in history, a realm that extended across large areas of Asia, possessed more than a hundred million subjects and created a new high season of culture. About an hour from Ulaanbaatar in Tov Province is the calm and tranquil, Manzushir, a charming area that is totally different to the densely populated metropolis. In addition to several tent-like huts, or gers, it is mainly the centuries old scattered remains from the high season of Buddhism that capture the attention. The landscape enchants with its exotic splendour. Since 1997 the Khogno Khan Nature Reserve has been protected. It is part of the province of Bulgan one of twenty one provinces known as aimags. The natural landscape is beautiful, which is hardly surprising as Mongolia is the most sparsely settled country in the world. Hunting with eagles is both common and traditional. Each October before the hunting season begins a popular eagle hunting festival takes place in Bayan Oglii. The birds with which the Kazakhs hunt are golden eagles that have a wing span of more than two metres. Mongolia is truly a land of nomads, wonderful wilderness, unspoiled landscapes, centuries old traditions as well as fascinating cultural treasures and sanctuaries.

Experience Mongolia: TTI's FIRST Community Trip – Mongolia | The Travel Intern

Sign up here:
Follow us on our latest journey as we throw 23 tropical city slickers into freezing North Mongolia, a.k.a the perfect setting for TTI’s first community trip! It was a crazy 11 days of photography and adventures with newfound friends: riding wild horses, pooping in the wild, and going an entire week without internet.

TTI really enjoyed this experience and opportunity to share our sense of adventure with the community around us. We had people from all walks of life joining the trip, solo travellers, couples, people have never travelled solo before and it was very refreshing to bring everyone together to storm the adversities of Mongolia.

Shoutout to Beyond Expeditions for helping us organise this trip! We are hoping to do more of this community trips in the future. So if you are interested, please do keep a lookout for our upcoming plans on our facebook page.

Travel Mongolia

Mongolia is a unique travel destination that offers you the modern, lively, culturally-rich city of Ulaanbaatar and its surrounding 1.5 million square kilometers of country where our millennial old nomadic lifestyle co-exists with rapidly changing development throughout the country.

Mongolia’s big sky and vast fenceless landscapes will overwhelm you, bring forth your inner spirit of adventure and make you forget your hectic city days. A democratic and free country, with people renowned for their big smiles and straightforward character, Mongolia truly opens one’s inspiration.

Around the World - Mongolia a travel documentary

A documentary about Mongolia

Mongolia is a landlocked sovereign state in East Asia. Its area is roughly equivalent with the historical territory of Outer Mongolia, and that term is sometimes used to refer to the current state. It is bordered by China to the south and Russia to the north. While it does not share a border with Kazakhstan, Mongolia is separated from Kazakhstan by only 36.76 kilometres (22.84 mi).

Travel to Mongolia | Ulaanbaatar city tours | Mongolia Travel | Mongolia trips

This dynamic and young city called Ulaanbaatar is the capital city of Mongolia. Sometimes called Ulan Bator, the city is something of a paradox being a capital of a nomadic nation. This short video is about this unique city in Central Asia. There's plenty to see and do in Ulaanbaatar, you should plan at least 1 full day to tour around the city.

China: Struggle and Success In Inner Mongolia

A glimpse of life in the fabled Mongolian grasslands of northern China. A place where families still live in yurts and you can still hear wolves howling at night. And a young man whose parents never learned to read struggles to succeed - and wins.

Many of northern China’s rural farmers and herders have moved to the city. Laurence is just such a modern-day success story. His parents barely made it through elementary school and he is a university professor, husband, father, and successful businessman. Five years ago he brought his aging parents to live with his family in one of the grassland cities and funded a corner store for them to run. Their lives offer a powerful glimpse into the challenges and courage of a country undergoing a vast transition in a single generation.

Mongolia (Part 1) | TRAVEL VLOG

Decided to document my trip, because it seems like hardly anyone venture out to Mongolia. I know it's not a usual tourist holiday spot, but I'm all up for uncovering the mystery surrounding it. Enjoy!

Watch Part 2 here:

Songs Used:

-DRIVE (Nicolai Heidlas Music)
-MONGOLIAN SONGS
First and Last song are by the local student band at the camp. I wish I have their social media link, they were amazing. Even the birds sound at the start was created using the mouth! I think one of the song was about a horse race and the other about VODKA?! Not sure if I used the correct song. Haha. And if you are Mongolian, sorry if I am getting all the facts mixed up. Oh, and the horse racing winner can be our little secret. Hehe. Shhh. ;)

Animations by Tanuellaa

If you actually read through all of my ramblings, massive thumbs up to you. (Can get a little carried away at times. ????✌????)
