This property has a full kitchen, a large outdoor space with a fire pit, table, chairs, and grill, and enough space to fit up to 4 people.

Welcome to the first installment of my tiny house and unique space showcase. In this series, I’ll be traveling around the country, starting in Southern California, touring the coolest and most out-of-the-box places that Airbnb has to offer. In today’s video, we’re touring the Little Dipper—a 300 square foot tiny home in Joshua Tree, California. There are so many things to love about this small space: The rustic thread that runs throughout the interior design, the fill-size kitchen and of course the stellar 360º views you get from every window. One other unique feature about this tiny home is that it’s completely off-the-grid—meaning, it runs solely on propane and solar. Perhaps the most impressive feature about this tiny house is the potential it has when it comes to earning passive income. Buying a similar tiny house would cost you about $60,000. Which might sound high to some, but when you consider that it's possible to make $60,000 a year on airbnb...well, then the price tag don't sound so bad, Barb. At the end of the video, I'll do a quick financial analysis to see if this is the right investment for you.

Welcome to the most luxurious tiny home I’ve ever stayed in- The Hickory Outlook!
This is a luxury, custom-built tiny home, coming in at about 450sqft of interior space. The interior is very over the top, including amenities such as heated floors, a large smart TV, a leather couch, and a double vanity in the bathroom.
The host also provides an incredible amount of food, snacks, and goodies like I’ve never seen before- everything from wine and beer, to cheese and crackers, to ice cream and cookies. The list goes on and on.
On the exterior, there is a 600sqft heated patio that includes a hot tub and huge fire pit. They also have a sauna coming soon. Lastly, you have some incredible (and very private) views looking out into a field.

Welcome to the Little Dipper Tiny House in Joshua Tree, California!
This is a modern tiny house on wheels. It's also custom-built and off-grid in the desert. The town of Yucca Valley is just a 5-minute drive away, so it feels very private whereas at the same time very accessible to the surrounding area.
I would consider The Little Dipper to be more a luxury high-end tiny house, due to its fully stocked kitchen, beautiful loft area, and its outdoor amenities such as the fire pit, hammocks, picnic table, and grill.
