Daniel Snyman from Leopard Catamarans South Africa takes us through all of the best features of the Leopard 50.
Designed by Simonis & Voogd Yacht Design, the Leopard 50 was built to replace the award-winning Leopard 48. This model is the first Leopard available in two versions: with and without a flybridge. Particular attention has been paid to safety by keeping ample space between the flybridge and the boom. The Leopard 50 provides a maximum of 3 outdoor living spaces: the flybridge, the aft cockpit and the forward cockpit.

This episode we cover the Leopard 50'. Leopard is one of the biggest Catamaran builders in the world and they make them in many sizes. The 50' is beautiful, but do we really need this much space? Probably not, unless we were chartering rooms out for passages.

We proudly bring you the next generation of Leopard Catamarans. The Leopard 50 was designed to replace the best-selling Leopard Catamaran of all time, the Leopard 48.
She is shown here as the Leopard 50L, complete with a flybridge lounge, however sailors looking for the familiar, continuous hardtop can opt for the Leopard 50P. This version does not have the flybridge and can deliver increased performance particularly when fitted with the offered squaretop mainsail and other available performance-orientated rigging and sail options.
