Jungle Cruise at Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park - Old Florida Attraction & Wild Animal Zoo
Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park is home to Florida's original Jungle Cruise and has an original underwater observatory. It's Jubgle Cruise 2019 but This old Florida roadside attraction is also a filming location for some Walt Disney Films. This beautiful state park and wildlife sanctuary is home to many animals. Manatees, Alligators, Bald Eagles, Fish, and a 59 year old hippo named Lu are among some of the many animals you will see here at this Old Florida wildlife Zoo. Let's take another outdoor adventure in what I like to call Old and vintage Florida. There is so much to see and so much ahead.

We visited Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park! This place features a variety of rescue animals like alligators, wolves, deer, and even the oldest hippopotamus in captivity. Watch out for him!???? The natural wildlife adds a real-world touch and provides visitors a chance to see the animals and their habitats. All of the animal in this park are unable to survive in the wild on their own. Come along as we admire these brave creatures!

Homosassa Springs Florida State Parks - The Full Boat Jungle Cruise to the Entrance HD 360
I've made my second visit today to #Homosassa Springs State Park, the home of the wonderful manatee. 90 minutes from #Disneyworld. It is $13 each adult $6 for kids to get it, free parking and free boat / glam tram ride back and forth the park. The animals are well cared for and well fed, like the 50 year old Hippo on bananas.

In today's video, we wanted to go do something outdoors so we went to the Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park in Homosassa, Florida! If you are looking for outdoor things to do in Homosassa, FL this is a fun little outdoor activity that will give you some fresh air, exercise, and you also can see some animals! We went here last year during the pandemic and not everything was open and there was no one there at that time. Plus, like we mentioned, it did the typical Florida showers and it poured on us like crazy! It was different this time! Perfect weather, which allowed us to explore everything and see all the animals. We got to see birds, the bear, alligators, the hippo, the Florida panther, huge manatees, and other animals! We like spending time outdoors and we like animals so the Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park is the best of both worlds. Florida has some amazing state parks! We heard about this place while we were on the swim with manatee tour, so after the manatee swim we took the 20 minute drive and arrived at the Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park. Well worth it, it's an oasis with most of the native Florida wildlife on display. Many of the animals were injured and rescued so it's a safe habitat for them. There is so much to do in the vicinity of Crystal River that it's high on our must return lists.

A Scenic Tour of the Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park (Homosassa Springs, FL)
Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park is located near Homosassa Springs, Florida, in the United States. The park is one of the best places in the state to view manatees. Visitors can get close to the animals on a floating observatory. Black bears, bobcats, white-tailed deer, American alligators, and river otters can also been seen in the park. The park is also home to the hippopotamus Lu, famously known for his performances in many movies for the past 40 years. The park is officially named Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park in honor of Elmyra Felburn Schiller (1943 – 2009), a benefactor of the Florida state park system.

A Real Florida Adventure! | Swimming With Manatees, Homosassa Springs & Air Boating With Alligators!
In today's vlog we go on a real Florida adventure! Huge thank you to Real Florida Adventures for inviting us out to experience this tour! We got to swim with manatees at Crystal River which was amazing! We saw 2 babies, it was awesome! Then we head over to Homosassa State Park to see some animals and some beautiful scenery after lunch. Afterwards, we end our day with an air boat ride, where we saw more Florida wildlife. We had an amazing day! We hope you had fun joining along on this adventure!
