my own simple comparison between Pressurized Portafilter and Bottomless Portafilter.
Its better to use bottomless portafilter to extract fresh bean with real crema, the aroma is much more complex and espresso really taste better
Pressurized portafilter is suitable for not so fresh bean, its still able to create artificial crema and make the coffee taste drinkable.
