Exploring Ukraine | First 5 days in Kyiv City | Indian in Ukraine | Episode 1
Hello All, reached Ukraine from Albania, I spent almost 21 days in Ukraine, this Episode takes you around the city of Kiev. I will explore the city share my experiences with you and will provide some basic knowledge in case you are thinking to travel to this amazing country called Ukraine.
We will start our day by buying a local Ukrainian sim card, will exchange my currency, and will show you around the independence square also the city center of Kiev City. The city is huge with its amazing Orthodox churches and there designs, you can visit them by paying a small entry fees. After that we will go to Motherland monument and the national museum of Ukraine depicting the world war 2 from soviets perspective. We will end the video with a small trip to Kiev Zoo, an attraction for family and kids during weekends.

Join us as we visit Kyiv (Київ) for the first time covering numerous attractions and things to do in the city of Kiev, Ukraine in this travel guide. This week we’re showing you around Kiev, Ukraine. This was our first time travelling to the country, so we hardly knew what to expect, though we did have an inkling we’d find churches with onion domes, borsht on every menu, and very cheap prices, but that was it!
Well, we found some of that, but we also discovered a fascinating city with ornate architecture, massive Soviet monuments, a completely new cuisine, more churches and monasteries than we ever thought possible, and friendly people despite the language barrier.
The following is our travel guide to the city. Now let us share with you 20 things to do in Kiev on your next visit!
And that’s a wrap for our visit to Kiev! This was our first time travelling in Ukraine, but we were hooked right from the start.
This destination felt very underrated with few tourists around, yet we were surrounded by beautiful architecture, there were churches galore to visit, the cuisine was hearty and filling, and everything was super affordable.
If you are thinking of travelling to Kiev, we hope this video was able to give you a taste of what it’s like.

I walk without cuts to the shot from the Centre of Kyiv to Podil. Starting on the Northside of Khreschatyk Street at the top of Volodymyrs'kyi descent. I venture across the Glass Bottom Bridge that was newly erected in 2019 and continue down the Hill where I encounter amazing art, beautiful views and Red Squirrels.

What to do in Kiev | Kyiv (Київ) Ukraine. This vlog covers some of the top tourist attractions and things to do while you’re in Kyiv. Visiting churches, a monastery, parks, rivers, the maiden square, and other attractions made our trip to Kyiv very special. I also mention many free things to do in the vlog, so that everyone can enjoy it!
This was our first trip to Kyiv and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the city and sights were. This destination is highly underrated, with much fewer tourists than a lot of other places. And it is also very affordable, so you don’t have to break the bank to travel here.
