MORE INFO ABOUT THIS VIDEO ????
⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯
Paris is one of the most magical cities in the world! But man, it can be tough figuring out where to eat and drink like a local. It’s a city that is so popular with tourists - and that means there is an overwhelming choice of places and a fair few tourist traps to avoid!

So to celebrate our fantastic Ultimate Paris Food Tour I teamed up with our local Devour Paris expert Jess Timmins to take you to 11 places where to you can try some of the must-try tastes in this incredible city.

We focused our food tour in Le Marais district, which is a gorgeous historic part of Paris with lots of family-run business and beautiful winding streets, some of which are as they were centuries ago.

In this video we hit 11 establishments, lots of them family-run businesses. And many of them actual places we visit on our food tour.

So where did we go to eat the best food in Le Marais... and what did we try?

1. Caractère de Cochon - Paris’ best jambon-buerre sandwhich
2. Jean-Paul Hévin - Paris' best macarons and chocolate
3. Tout Autour du Pain - mind-blowing croissant and pain au chocolate
4. Grand Cafe Tortoni - gorgeous coffee shop!
5. Poilâne - famous bakery and French bread how it used to be made
6. Chez Alain Miam Miam - an incredible galette au beurre salé
7. Au Petit Fer a Cheval - pastis for a little aperitif
8. A La Villa de Rodez - a selection of delicious French cheeses and cured meats (saucission)
9. Les Philosophes - lovely bistro for excellent steak tartare and French onion soup
10. L’as du Fellafel - Paris’ best falafel, in the Jewish Quarter
11. L’Etiquette - a fabulous little wine shop (where you can also drink wine by the glass)

WHO ARE WE? ????

First Time Trying TRADITIONAL FRENCH FOOD in Paris France! OLDEST Bakery in Paris

I went to Paris a long time ago, but I thought I'd come back and do a proper food tour! On this food adventure, I ate some amazing pastries, and one of my favorites was the pistachio escargot pastry. At Chez Fernand, you'll have some of the riches foods there like the legendary Boeuf bourguignon defiantly get that because the beef is incredibly tender. I had one of the best soufflés at La Cuisine de Philippe. You can get a savory one and when you need something sweet you can get the chocolate soufflé. If you want something cheesy, go to Pain Vin Fromage, it's a great experience because you get to cook your cheese and meats on a mini stove.

After 32 years in the US, the Duponts moved to France where Antoine was born. Antoine is rediscovering his homeland and sharing it with his American wife Colleen. With the help of his brother Vincent, a renowned Restaurateur (and food snob).

They are on a quest to find the best France has to offer.

There are over 35,000 villages in France, all with their own history, culture, and food. We are on a journey to discover as many of them as we can together. Let’s go.

Paris: 5 MUST TRY French Foods

If you're in Paris, there is no shortage of great dining options. In this video, I'm sharing five of my MUST TRY French foods to eat! Plus a bonus recommendation from my husband, too! :)

Epic FRENCH FOOD Tour in PARIS! | Boulangeries, Bistros, Baguettes + Eiffel Tower Tour!

Our epic last day in Paris is a sendoff like no other full of incredible food and breathtaking sights. We start the day off with a boulangerie of course and Tout Autour du Pain is another award-winning insitution that does amazing croissants and pastries.

We stop over at Laduree to pick up beautiful macarons and Caractère de Cochon for the Jambon-beurre of our dreams for an epic picnic at Champ de Mars at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.

No visit to Paris is complete without ascending to the top of the Eiffel Tower and so we had to tick it off on our last day. And finally we finish the day with an amazing dinner at La Jacobine, one of the best French bistros in the city for an epic feast with the likes of French Onion soup, Coq au Vin, Duck Confit and maybe even the best hot chocolate in Paris?

Enjoy!
