Wondering what to do in Westminster London? In this vlog, we take you on a walking tour of the Westminster area of London. Westminster is known for some of London's most iconic sites such as Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and Westminster Abbey.

Our first stop of the day in Westminster was at Buckingham Palace to watch the changing of the guard ceremony. After the ceremony, we walked down the Mall and toward Trafalgar Square. This famous square has Nelson's Column and the National Gallery. Next we walked around Whitehall and the Horse Guards Parade. Whitehall has the main government offices. Continuing down Whitehall, we stopped to see 10 Downing Street. This is the home of the British Prime Minister. Then we made our way to see Big Ben and the Palace of Westminster. We took some time to walk along the Westminster Bridge to admire Big Ben, the London Eye, and the Palace of Westminster. Walking back toward Parliament Square, we took some time to rest in the square before heading to Westminster Abbey. Then it was time for lunch so we made our way to Strutton Ground Market. In this area, we had fish and chips at the Laughing Halibut.

We just arrived at the Heathrow Airport and took the subway to a station near the Buckingham Palace. We had only a few hours of daylight left in that day, so we tried our best to make the best use of our time. Surprisingly we were able to visit Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, London Eye, Westminster and Trafalgar Square as all of them are in very close in proximity.

LONDON VLOG 2018: FIRST TIME//BUCKINGHAM PALACE, LONDON EYE AND MORE!
hey guys! It was our first time in London, and I made a short montage of our trip! Big Ben was under construction at the time of our trip which was sad, but it's okay! maybe we'll come back again next time.
For those who are wondering, we bought tickets for the hop-on/hop-off bus tour which is basically a bus that takes trips around London and they have designated stops where you can get off and also hop-on anytime you want (make sure you know what the bus schedules are, they are typically found on your printed tickets or the website of your chosen bus tour).

I visit Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, London's Eye, Westminster Abbey, Westminster Bridge, see the Churchill statue, Try to make a call in a Red Telephone Box, Walk through St. James Park (Royal Park) and feed some feral Parakeets by hand! See Buckingham Palace and the Queen Victoria Memorial, Walk down The Mall to Admiralty Arch and of course see a little from the Imperial War Museum. Great day and walked for several hours!

I visited London for the first time in April 2019. I flew out with my cousin who is a flight attendant for AA and had an overnight there. We explored the first day together, but I decided to stay a few more days so I could take it all in. It was the best decision I made, and I did it alone! Never be afraid to travel to new places, even if you're by yourself...you will never regret it! London is amazing, pretty safe, and you will meet people from all over the world. Bottom line GO VISIT LONDON! Enjoy Day 1. The Packing 4 Days In London will be up next and the other days will follow!

Hi friends, the first of several Vlogs is here! It was so fun editing this video and can't wait to share the rest with you:D I got back from an epic trip to Europe/Africa with my husband and I'm so excited to share this adventure with you. First stop was London for 24 hours! The hotel we stayed in was NICE so if you're looking for a beautiful hotel in London located in the heart of the city, I have that listed in the vlog. We got a solid overview of the city by doing the hop on hop off Big Red Bus Tour! It was awesome! You'll be a total tourist in the process:) Some have a live tour guide onboard talking about the history of each street and monument. A lot of them have quirky personalities, it's great!
