I'M SO HAPPY that I made it back to the incredible East African nation of TANZANIA! My previous (and only) visit here was back in Jan 2018, where I only visited the island of Zanzibar. But I really missed out because the people, culture, food and nature on the mainland is just about as good as you can find anywhere on this planet.
My friends at Qatar Airways reached out and offered to fly me and Deanna on business class to Tanzania, and we couldn't say no! I've never had a better flying experience in my life... and Tanzania was just amazing! We began our trip in Arusha, then went to Ngorongoro Conservation area before heading deep into the Serengeti for 3 nights and finally ending in a town called Moshi. Tanzania is a phenomenal country inside and out, and I can't wait to show you more of this country over the coming 2 weeks!

In my latest $10 episode (45th episode overall) I take you on the bustling streets of Moshi, Tanzania - a small, yet energetic town on the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro. I teamed up with my friend and local celebrity named Nick Reynolds (AKA Bongozozo), and together we had a blast hitting the markets and also hitting the links (this is the first time that I've been able to purchase a full 18 holes of golf for under $10!).
Truth be told, I wasn't expecting this video to be as fun as it was -- and I'm hungry for more!!! I'm having the time of my life on this trip to Tanzania and I hope you guys are enjoying the content.

My First Impression of Zanzibar Island ✨Single Mother Exploring Africa
In this video, I am taking you guys along to experience my first impression of Zanzibar. My daughter and I rode a ferry from Dar es Salaam to Zanzibar. We traveled from Stonetown to Michamvi, Zanzibar.
On the way, we spotted various wildlife and beautiful greenery. michamvi was a very relaxing place to visit. There are lots of beach activities and the perfect place for a solo or family vacation.
I was in Zanzibar for two weeks and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I would definitely return. My daughter overcame her fear of sand and the beach and I got time to meditate and reflect, as the environment was so peaceful. People are very hospitable and kind in Zanzibar! I can't wait to go back for a week of relaxation.

I'm thrilled to be back in Africa where I will spend the remaining 3 months of the year! Many of you probably haven’t heard of Eritrea before and that’s because it’s a relatively new country and it’s notoriously difficult to enter (top 5 in the world). After 48 hours of roaming around the capital of Asmara and the ancient port city of Massawa, I’ve really enjoyed my time here.
I’m getting flashbacks to when I was in Ethiopia, yet also touches of Yemen Somaliland and Italy. Yes - ITALY! Eritrea is a former Italian colony and their influence is remarkably well-preserved in the form of giant cathedrals, pizza parlors, gelato shops, old Italian cars, appertivos and many people can still speak fluent Italiano.
The capital of Asmara is VERY safe, with kind-hearted people and surprisingly the weather is cold here (2,400 meters high). Unfortunately due to WiFi issues, I haven't been able to upload anything until now, but there’s no hurry because life is wonderful here! More to come soon ????????
