Bu videoda Uganda'da Queen Elizabeth Milli Parkından yola çıkıp yaklaşık 6 saatlik bir yolculukla Ruanda sınırındaki Kabale şehrine gideceğiz. Yolda yine bolca yağmur, şehir ve çay tarlaları görüyor ve birinin içine dalıyorum. Uganda'nın güneyindeki çay tarlalarında, 14 günde bir çay toplanıyormuş. Topladıkları da en üstteki en nazik yapraklar olduğu için çaylarının tadı ve lezzeti çok farklı oluyor.

Sonrasında biraz ıslanarak Kabale şehrine varıyorum, otel bulup yerleşiyorum. Bu sefer de biraz ateş ve halsizlik başlıyor. Hemen test yaptırmak için hastaneye gidiyorum, kimse yok.. Eczaneden aldığım testler ile kendi sonucumu kendim çıkartıyorum.

Here in this video we were invited to my friend Max's house in Tracy California to try his first take on a 12 hour sous vide rib recipe. Home cooked food is absolutely delicious so we couldn't pass this opportunity up to try his combination of sous vide and Traeger grill smoking. Needless to say, the meal was amazing. Big thanks to Max and his wife Lita for the invite and preparing a wonderful meal for us. Max is on his way to start his youtube journey with a very specific niche of First Time doing new things. The roasting of coffee is a form of art. Different methods create different results. It is possible to discover different roasting recipes.
