DANGEROUS ROADS KOTOR SERPENTINE-SCENIC ROADS-MONTENEGRO BOCCHE DI CATTARO LA STRADA DEI 50 TORNANTI

Music:Epic Suspense Music Soundtrack Derelict Ship by Per Kiilstofte Royalty Free Music.
From the Dangerousroads site -
The road from Cetinje to Kotor (called P1) is mostly a narrow one-lane road offering stunning views of Kotor from above. A quick glance at the map at its sheer drops and serpentine twists and turns, confirms that this is no hype. The drive is definitely worth it and the road is pretty steep. The road is in dreadful condition and requires strong nerves to negotiate it.....The most famous part of the road is called Kotor Serpentine: a stretch of 8.3km long, pretty steep, with 16 hairpin turns. Along this section, the road starts at an elevation of 458m above the sea level, and ends at 881m. Over this distance, the elevation gain is 423 meters. This road has humbled many egos. It’s not for the sissies and shouldn’t be attempted by novice drivers. The road is in dreadful condition and requires strong nerves to negotiate it. The surface of the road is asphalted and includes more than 30 steep hairpin turns. The road is very curvy with a pleasant ascent and nearly no traffic. The views are spectacular and particular the morning light gives this landscape an indescribable touch...

CRAZY MOUNTAIN DRIVE! Is This the Most Beautiful Place in Montenegro? (Balkans By Motorhome)

From Zablijak we explore the valleys of Durmitor National Park in search of steccis (ancient tombstones) and brilliant blue glacial lakes - before we tackle the panoramic Durmitor Ring to Pisce. The road is not recommended for campervans longer than 7m or wider than 2.3m and you should expect mostly narrow, winding mountain roads.

Kotor Montenegro ???????? Scenic Drive to Tivat Around Kotor Bay

This is a Kotor Montenegro to Tivat Scenic Drive Around Kotor Bay taken on September 2021. This is my first drive video and I chose a great place for my first video. There is a couple ways to Tivat, the fastest way is through a tunnel but if you have a chance it is best to go around the bay and enjoy the views. Stone houses all along the bay, cottages/beach areas and surrounded by mountains. It really is a stunning sight.

There was no sound during the recording so I added some 80's style synth pop music because well, I love the 80's :)

This is Why You Have to Visit Kotor! ???????? #shorts #kotor #montenegro

Kotor Montenegro is an easy day trip from Dubrovnik and is well worth a visit. In our Kotor Montenegro travel vlog, we show you what you can do in Kotor in one day. From visiting a tiny church on an island in the Adriatic to hiking up to admire the Bay of Kotor, Kotor has plenty of things to do. After driving from Dubrovnik, we arrived in Perast. It is only a short distance from Kotor and famous for Our Lady of the Rocks (Gospa Od Skrpjela). Located in the Bay of Kotor, Our Lady of the Rocks has a church and a museum that you can visit. The boat trip is only about 5 minutes to get to the picturesque island. After leaving Perast, we visited the Old Town of Kotor. We walked through the Kotor Farmers market and then entered through the Sea Gate. After wandering around the alleyways, we had lunch at Cesarica. We sat on the outdoor terrace and were joined by several cats. There are so many cats in Kotor that they are a symbol of the city. We recommend the stuffed squid and fried squid at Cesarica. After lunch, we hiked the Ladder of Kotor (Ladder of Cattaro). When we reached San Giovanni Fortress (St. John's Fortress), we had the best views of Kotor Bay. After the hike, our last stop was to get gelato from Moritz Ice in the Old Town. We enjoyed our short time in Montenegro visiting the medieval city of Kotor. The Bay of Kotor is absolutely beautiful and a must-see during a trip to the Balkans. #shorts #kotor #montenegro #travelshorts

Packrafting Montenegro's wild emerald rivers

We have an awesome new activity for you to try on our adventure holidays here in Montenegro - packrafting! Packrafts are ultra lightweight (1.5kg!) to carry, inflate in less than a minute and can be rolled up and tucked under your arm when you’re done. They put the remotest, most beautiful rivers in reach, something this small, wild country has in abundance!

In this video, UM founder Ben reports from his recce trip packrafting as we get ready to launch our new packrafting mini break - COMING SOON! He's completely hooked despite falling in more times than he'd like to admit and getting rescued by our expert rafting guide Gigo.

If you'd like to try packrafting, we have an exciting long weekend adventure launching soon – watch our Facebook page and Insta feed for details. Packrafting is also now available May-June as a free day activity on our hosted lake adventures and from July-October on our active mountains adventures. 15+ only.

Montenegro on the Road | Journey to one of the most scenic roads in the World

A small country that doesn't looks small. Mountains. Lots of mountains. Coasts. Rivers. And roads. They call them Panoramic Roads. They might be narrow. They might be harsh. They might be 2000 meters high or just overlooking the Ocean. But they're quite the adventure. And the view. Oh, the view!
The journey culminates with the Durmitor Ring Road, namely the Southern Part (between Pluzine and Žabljak).

Itinerary: Rozaje - Prokletije National Park - Podgorica - Virpazar - Petrovac - Bar - Stari Bar - Ulcinj - Sveti Stefan - Budva - Kotor - Perast - Kotor - Cetinje - Podgorica - Nikšić - Pluzine - Durmitor Ring Road (south side) - Žabljak - Tara Bridge
