Disney's Animal Kingdom Reopens! | How Pin Trading Works Now, Safari Ride & Characters!

In today's vlog we head to Walt Disney World's Animal Kingdom after the park finally reopens! This is our favorite Disney World park so we were definitely excited to see what's new and what it's like now that park safety procedures had changed. We started the day with a look at some of the physical distancing markers, crowd levels and ride wait times in Pandora: World of Avatar. The amount of distancing markers made me feel like they may be increasing the park's capacity at some point. There were way more markers than guests on this day for sure! The crowd levels were very very low which made it super easy to stay distant from other guests in the park. We also took a look at the relaxation zones in the park, Animal Kingdom only has two mask free zones, where as Magic Kingdom has three. Then we saw our first characters in the waterway on a pontoon boat, it was really neat how they're handling the characters in Animal Kindgom! I like it a lot honestly and hope they continue to do things like this in the future. We also ride our first ride of the day, Kilimanjaro Safari! We had a great safari ride and I did feel safe with the barriers they've installed between the rows but the barriers did make it harder to see the animals on the safari. After the safari we found a pin trading location and we talked to the castmember about the new pin trading procedures, it seems like it should be pretty similar as it was in the past, just with less contact. I'm just happy guests are still able to pin trade! It's such a fun activity to do while at the parks. Afterwards we head back to Dinoland USA and take a ride on Triceratops Spin to see what the park's crowd level looks like from a little higher up. We also see some Wilderness Explorers badge locations and give some info about how they're handling that activity now. Then we see some more characters as we head out of the park. I was impressed with how many characters we actually saw today! We saw Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto, Goofy, Chip & Dale, Daisy Duck, Donald Duck, Launchpad McQuack and Rafiki from the Lion King! All in all, it was a great day, and I hope this vid will help you if you're planning on visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom in the near future! Trying New Sweet Treats At Disney's Animal Kingdom, Pin Trading Fun & A Lost Wedding Ring!
In today’s vlog we head to Disney’s Animal Kingdom to try the all new Raya & The Last Dragon treats! We tried the Tuk Tuk cupcake from Creature Comforts (Starbucks) and the Mighty Mist soft serve ice cream cone. We also try a new to us lunch snack from the Harambe Market, the grilled chicken bowl and it’s new favorite of ours now! It was so so good! We highly recommend trying it! I also lost my wedding ring while we were in the park and we take you through what happens when you lost an item at Disney World. Spoiler alert, it was found by an amazing cast member and we were reunited with the ring at the end of the trip!! We couldn’t believe it! We also play some carnival games in Dinoland and right now annual passholders are able to buy 3 game tickets ($5 each) and you'll receive a retired Mastodon plushie, you don't even have to win a game! We also used the tickets to play the games though and won an addition Minnie plushie! We take a look at the new merch in the Discovery Trading Company, we try the Native x Disney shoes, you guys were asking about and we decided against getting them. Disney's Animal Kingdom Has Reopened | Super Low Crowds | Everything Was a Walk On!
In today's video we return to Disney's Animal Kingdom for the grand reopening day after being closed due to the pandemic. I show you everything you need to know about coming back to the parks with all of the new health and safety measures and how to ride all of your favorite rides. On this day the park was only operating at a 12% capacity and with the crowds being that low I had the best Disney day I have ever had. Thank you for watching, please give this video a big thumbs up!

Disney's Hollywood Studios Reopens! | New Boarding Pass Procedures, Crowd Levels & Characters!

In today's vlog we head to Walt Disney World's Hollywood Studios to check out changes to the park and to park operations now that they're reopened. Now we've been to all 4 Disney World parks since they're reopened after being closed for 4 months. We started by checking out crowd levels, ride wait times and we also got to see how the characters will be interacting with guests around the park. We saw a couple of character cavalcades while we were in the park today, the Pixar Pals Motorcade and the Disney Junior Motorcade. We saw characters like The Incredibles, Edna Mode, Sully From Monsters Inc, Buzz Lightyear, Woody and Jessie From Toy Story. Then we also saw Fancy Nancy, Doc McStuffins and Vampirina from Disney Junior. Then we take a spin around the park and check out the ride wait times in Galaxy's Edge and Toy Story Land. We even ride Slinky Dog Dash and Alien Swirling Saucers. We also check out the wait times for Rock 'n' Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror. It felt nice to have an almost normal day at the park. The crowd levels were low and it was easy to stay physically distant the entire time I was in the park. We hope you enjoyed this update at Hollywood Studios! Can you pin trade at Disney World 2020 | Avatar na'vi river journey Animal Kingdom
My adventure begins at Disney's Animal Kingdom. On the Avatar Na'vi river, the animatronic of Big Toe was removed and replaced with a screen. Also, I walked around the park to show you where you can find some cool looking Disney pins and where they have some of the pin trading stations. Disney's Animal Kingdom lunch date: Yak and Yeti and pin trading
Continuing our August 2020 Disney World vacation with an incredible lunch date at Yak and Yeti and pin trading around Animal Kingdom. As vegetarians, we had avoided Yak and Yeti for years, but decided to try it this visit - and fell in love with the food and menu. The service was also really good. Please let us know in the comments what your favorite restaurant is at Disney World. We love to hear from fellow Disney fans whether you are dreaming of your first visit or are seasoned annual passholders.
For you Disney pin traders out there: Animal Kingdom was the best park for trading this time. We traded pins at 6 pin boards in just a few short hours in the park.

Sunday Funday At Disney's Animal Kingdom | Beat The Clock Challenge | National Roller Coaster Day!
In today's video I take you to Disney's Animal Kingdom with a last minute theme park reservation, we arrive at the park at 3:30pm and the park closes at 6pm so the goal is to do as much as we can do before the park closes. It's also national roller coaster day so we celebrate on expedition Everest. Next I take you around the park for new updates, new Disney merchandise, I also show you a few of my tricks that I use when I'm at this park, and finally we try and beat the clock to ride as many rides as we can. Disney World 2019 | Day 11 Epcot, World Showcase and Animal Kingdom
On day 11 we started the day off in Epcot with a delicious character breakfast at Garden Grill in the Land Pavillion. Then after a wander around World Showcase we enjoyed dinner at the Boardwalk and finished out our day at Disney's Animal Kingdom where we got to experience Pandora The World of Avatar at nighttime and even managed to squeeze in a ride on Flight of Passage with only a 60 minute wait!
