Caribbean Citizenship by Investment: 1/5 - Saint Kitts & Nevis

Saint Kitts and Nevis | Life in the Caribbean | Personal experience

Interview with Gigi Duncan, Real Estate Agent in Saint Kitts and Nevis.

- I moved to St. Kitts in 1984, and I have been in Nevis since 1996. Total - 34 years.

- Do you like living here?

- Definitely. I'm enjoying my life here, yes. It's very cloudy today.

- Is it always like this here?

- No, not always. Sometimes it's very, very clear. That is why the island of Nevis bears its name. When Christopher Columbus saw it, he said that the island reminded him of snow-capped mountain ranges. Therefore, he named the island “Our Lady of the Snow” (Nuestra Señora de las Nieves). Columbus said that it looked like there was snow on the tops of the hills. And then the name was shortened and left simply - Nevis. This is how the island of Nevis got its name.

They (the islands) are very different. I’ve lived on both islands. I know it may sound very strange to you, but St. Kitts is kind of a lively island. And Nevis is a calm, quiet island. And when guests from all over the world come here, it just makes people laugh. Because it seems strange when we talk about St. Kitts as a busy island.

✔ St Kitts & Nevis passport by investment.
Saint Kitts and Nevis has already issued over 11,000 passports to foreign investors, and the CBI program keeps drawing the attention of high net worth individuals from all over the world.

According to Saint Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister Timothy Harris, the country’s CBI program introduced a new investment option on March 31, 2018. The amount of investment in real estate remains unchanged - $400,000 - but it can now be divided between the two main applicants. In this case, the applicants can resell it in 7 years.

In this video, we’ll talk about the investment in Saint Kitts and Nevis real estate and answer the question if it’s profitable to invest in real estate in the first place. We’ll also take you through the current situation on the real estate market, name the government-approved projects and the number of issued passports.

Caribbean citizenship. Comparison of all options. How to choose the right program?

A passport has become a commodity, citizenship can be bought for money and legally; directly from the state. Why do this? Visa-free travel, a plan B and the ability to optimize your taxation.

Hello! My name is Anatoly Letaev, and I am the founder of Migronis.

In this video, I will show you how to choose the right citizenship by investment program in the Caribbean.

Many of you don’t know yet that you can legally buy passports for money, but this is so, and this has been so for quite a long time.

If in the past it seemed like something illegal, or could be done through gray and confusing schemes., now it is an absolutely normal story for individuals whose capital is at least 1 million dollars. This industry has become popular precisely because of the Caribbean citizenship programs.

I don't think these names will tell you much if this is your first time dealing with this question. Because, in principle, these countries are not very popular for immigrants from post-Soviet countries. There are 5 Caribbean countries that sell their passports for money. They are:

Saint Kitts and Nevis
Dominica
Grenada
Saint Lucia
Antigua and Barbuda

Download the presentation on CBI programs comparison by following this link -

✔ The Caribbean - citizenship by investment.
Five Caribbean countries + Vanuatu are interested in attracting foreign private capital by ‘selling’ their citizenship. In exchange for investment into economy, the receiving jurisdictions are ready to offer their passports to the foreign high net worth individuals. By obtaining a second passport by investment, an investor gets the opportunity to travel visa-free to more than 100 countries of the world, settle in a safe haven outside homeland and have tax burden reduced.

In this video, we’ll talk about all Caribbean passport programs and the citizenship by investment program of Vanuatu. We’ll compare the programs’ prices, investment options and the number of family members allowed to be included in an application.

Dr. Timothy Harris, Prime Minister of Saint Kitts & Nevis - World Investment Interviews

Though a very small country in a global, or even a regional context, the Federation of Saint Kitts & Nevis is in a better financial position than any of its Caribbean neighbors; its debt-to-GDP ratio, which is expected to reach its objective of 60% this year, has fallen faster than in any country in the region, and it has paid its IMF loans ahead of schedule.
This economic performance has been attributed in part to its Citizenship by Investment program, which has seen significant reform since Prime Minister Timothy Harris took office in early 2015.

Seven Reasons to Take a Festive Vacation In St Kitts and Nevis

Welcome to Nevis Sun Tours. We make it easier to sell and book Caribbean vacations to St. Kitts and Nevis. This is our travel Tuesday presentation for this week.
The festive season is defined as that period which runs from just before Christmas and ends just after New Year. We are months away and we know that some of you are probably wondering why we are having a discussion about that period of time so early. Well it is not that early. We are in fact talking about it because we have a need to inspire more people to travel to St. Kitts and Nevis during the festive season. We currently have some festive availability remaining for this year with some of our hotel partners, and frankly we would like to fill those.
