We recently visited Curacao and had such an amazing experience. The island has so much to offer including world class shore diving, exploring sea caves, the vibrant Willemstad, gorgeous beaches, hiking Mount Christoffel, and so much more.

Probably the most popular thing to do on Curacao is to go to the beach. And for good reason! The beaches on Curacao are absolutely amazing! If you get the chance you should definitely go check them out! I tried to give you as much information about the beaches as possible. The video might be a bit long. But hopefully it will give you a bit of insight on what you need to prepare for as well as ideas on which beach to go to. I hope you enjoy it! The footage is honestly nothing compared to what it's like in real life.

Playa PortoMari is a beautiful sandy bay to be found on the private estate of Plantages PortoMari at the west coast of the tropical island of Curacao (in the Caribbean). Its white coral sand beach with clear and calm water is a true paradise for water lovers. The unique ‘double reef’ is easily accesible from the shore providing a fascinating snorkel and dive site. For landlubbers, three nature trails (the Seru Matteo Trail, the History Trail and the Bird Trail) have their starting point at the beach’s parking lot. They are ideal for hiking but can also be conquered by mountain bike.

Su playa de arena blanca y coral con aguas claras y tranquilas es un verdadero paraíso para los amantes del agua. El exclusivo 'doble arrecife' es fácilmente accesible desde la costa y ofrece un fascinante sitio de buceo y snorkel. Para los terratenientes, tres senderos naturales (el sendero Seru Matteo, el sendero History y el sendero Bird) tienen su punto de partida en el estacionamiento de la playa. Son ideales para el senderismo, pero también pueden ser conquistados en bicicleta de montaña.
