Tipp: Don't book at Camel Tours. We were not satisfied with our driver Roberto, since he pushes very aggressively to keep the schedule. You'll have more then enough time at the market to buy souvenirs but will be urged to hurry up at the sights like salt flat, salt hotel or Geysirs. No sense of customer is king was visible :-(

Bolivian Salt Flats (Salar de Uyuni) - 3 Days
Armed with a GoPro and a DJI Mavic Air, we left the old mining town of Uyuni for a 3 day, 2 night 4x4 tour of the largest salt flats in the world, the Bolivian Salt Flats and the world's driest desert. The scenery was absolutely mind blowing. Here's a video I compiled of samples of my favorite clips from the adventure.

3 Day Tour of Salar de Uyuni Bolivia | Andean Plateau (The World’s Largest Salt Flat)
In today’s episode we’re exploring a 3 day tour of Salar de Uyuni Bolivia - the world’s largest salt flat!
A few years ago I booked a three day, two night tour of Bolivia’s main tourist attraction in the Andean Plateau and it did not disappoint! It was definitely one of my favourite parts about travelling through South America. In this video I share my experience on the Andean Plateau, some facts about the Mars-like landscape/ places we visited and a few suggestions for those who might be interested in visiting in the future (which I highly recommend!!). Honourable mentions: Train graveyard, Ojos de Salar, Dakar monument, Incahuasi Island, Salar de Chiguana, the Eduardo Avaroa Andean Fauna National Reserve, Laguna Colorada, Sol de Manana, the FLAMINGOS & so much more!

Das Warten hat ein Ende: Nachdem wir über zwei Wochen mit Corona in Uyuni festgesteckt haben, geht es für uns endlich in die größte Salzwüste der Welt!
Ursprünglich hatten wir eine 3-Tages-Tour in die Salar de Uyuni gebucht, aber durch die zweiwöchige Zwangspause sind wir etwas unter Zeitdruck geraten, weshalb wir nur einen Daytrip machen konnten. Wir waren etwas skeptisch, weil wie soll man die Faszination der größten Salzwüste in nur einem Tag erleben? Aber wir nehmen eins vorweg: Unsere Skepsis war komplett unangebracht und unser Touranbieter Brisa Tours entpuppte sich als absoluter Glücksgriff!
Es gibt alles was dazu gehört: den Zugfriedhof, die obligatorischen und lustigen Fotos in der Salzwüste, eine Wanderung auf die Isla Incahuasi und den vielleicht schönsten Sonnenuntergang, den wir bisher auf Weltreise gesehen haben! Denn trotz Trockenzeit gab es noch Wasser in der Salzwüste, wodurch wir die wahnsinnigen Spiegelungen sehen konnten, die man sonst eigentlich nur in der Regenzeit sieht. Und zu guter Letzt hatte unser Guide noch eine unerwartete Überraschung für uns - aber seht selbst.

Bolivia is Its geography varies from the peaks of the Andes in the West to lowland of Amazonas in the East.
In this short movie, I captured Andes region which include Salar de Uyuni ,Siloli Desert, Laguna Colorada, geyser, and the biggest city La Paz.
I have traveled Bolivia every year since 2012 till 2019 before Pandemic has begun.
This Andean area is higher than 10,000feet /3,300m .Even La Paz airport sits 13,325ft /4.061m high.
Uyuni has rainy season from December to March, That means salt flat has plenty of water.
so It turns the world largest natural mirror and it's worth to see it.
Siloli desert is higher than Uyuni salt flat.It's colorful and has many lakes.
one of the beautiful lake is Laguna Colorada.There are many flamingos.Water color is reddish.
also geyser is higher than those lakes.It's approx 15,000ft/5,000m high.
I mainly used timelapse technique.
To make 8K movie

Salar de Uyuni and Altiplano Adventure Jeep Tour Bolivia

Starting from Uyuni, this 3 day adventure jeep tour took us on over 500 kilometres through the Salar de Uyuni, the world's largest salt flat, stopping at Isla del Pescado with its huge pipe cacti. After staying overnight in a salt hotel at the village of San Jan, we crossed a semi arid desert with huge snow capped volcanoes, one of which, Ollagüe, is still active and was belching white fumes. Several lakes, tinted different colours because of the presence of minerals and algae, were visited to see three species of rare flamingoes.Other fauna spotted were herds of wild vicuñas and the rodent like viscacha. The following day we rose before dawn to visit the Geysers Sol de Mañana which are at their best in the frigid morning air of the Altiplano. We rounded off our tour with a welcome dip in the thermal mineral pools of Lake Chalviri before crossing the border into Chile en route to San Pedro de Atacama.

This is our video about our trip to Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia.We have spend 3 days crossing the desert from San Pedro de Atacama to Salar de Uyuni. The trip to the Uyuni salt flat in Bolivia is so far the most adventurous trip we have ever done.
During the first day we saw:
Laguna Blanca (White Lagoon), Laguna Verde (Green Lagoon), (Geysers Morning Sun)Aquas Calientes Polques (Polques Hot Springs), Volcano Licancabur, Laguna Colorada (Red Lagoon), Dieserto de Dalí (Dalí Desert)
During the second day we saw:
Arbol de Piedra (Stone Tree), Lagunas Altiplánicas (Highland Lakes): Laguna Honda, Laguna Chiarcota, Laguna Hedionda, Laguna Cañapa, Mirrador Volcán Ollagüe (Volcano Ollagüe).
During the third day we saw: Salar de Uyuni (Uyuni salt flat), Isla Inca Huasi, Museo de Sal ( Museum of Salt), Cemeterio de Trenes (Train Cemetery)
