Athens Beer Party: Olympiacos Stadium ????????
■ ATHENS, GREECE: With the last match of the season being played on their home turf of Piraeus, the fans of the 2020 league Champions Olympiacos gathered outside their stadium to watch the match on a giant screen and to celebrate like only Greek fanaticos can. Naturally this was something I had to experience as the the prospect of seeing thousands of fans as into their team as those I saw on Crete was an opportunity too big not to miss.
So I took a taxi and drove to the stadium. There the party was in full swing so there was only one thing to do to get into the zone; Alfa beer to the rescue!
$1000 Market Hunt Rhodes ????????
■ RHODES, GREECE: One of the best best preserved fortified medieval towns I've ever had the pleasure of visiting is located on the Greek island of Rhodes. An ancient marketplace which have been there since medieval days and possibly since the days of the Greek city states is still up and running today.
The market stretches for about a kilometre if you walk straight through it but if you decide to embark on a shopping side-quest in one of the many narrow alleyways of the Old Town you can add kilometres of shops to that total.
Obviously this was a market I was eager to make a shopping video in. My only dilemma was exactly which streets to go shopping in. I opted for staying on the main market street and for a simple challenge of spending 1000 Euros in the span of one hour.
People don't really bargain here as the price of most items are fixed but that suited me just fine as spending the equivalent of $1100 USD in an hour would be quite the challenge and lower prices wasn't exactly conducive to helping me succeed with said mission ????????

GREEK STREET FOOD TOUR | Best GYROS in Athens + traditional Greek steakhouse | ATHENS STREET FOOD
We're in Athens, Greece! In this 4 part series we're exploring Athens to hunt down the best local Athens food. Today's it's all about Greek street food- we start off with the famous Greek pie- spanakopita. This spinach and phyllo pie is from a local bakery which churns out over 400 pies a day- they're really popular. Spinach and onion sandwiched between sheets of phyllo- the spanakopita is mouthwatering! Onwards to our next snack- the gyros! It took us ages to find a really good gyros to film as there are so many average ones out there! Gyros pita are a really popular street snack in Athens- they're made up of roasted meat carved off a vertical spit (like a doner kebab) and stuffed inside a pita with tzatziki, tomato, onions and chips. The one in this video features incredibly juicy, flavoursome pork. Next up, more pork from a traditional steakhouse. Thinly pounded pork steaks are cooked over charcoal and served with chips and bread. Drizzled with lemon juice and a sprinkling of oregano, the meat is so tender! We round off our Greek street food tour with ice cream from Kokkion, a local artisanal ice cream shop. We're in Athens, Greece! In this 4 part series we're exploring Greece's capital city to hunt down the best local food. With a culinary tradition dating back thousands of years- you can guarantee this city has a delicious food culture worth exploring. In this video we find Athen's best souvlaki pita- the king of Greek street food. Chunks of pork threaded onto a skewer, grilled and then stuffed into a pita with yoghurt, parsley, spice, onions and tomatoes. It's mouthwatering.
Next up we visit the last dairy bar in Athens for some authentic sheep's milk Greek yoghurt and honey before finding Athen's best loukoumades- Greek donuts. We finish up with a classic meze feast. Meze consists of a number of hot and cold savoury dishes which you snack on over drinks- it's social, fun and one of the best ways to sample Greek classics like tzatziki, saganaki, Greek salad and more. Just an honest video of what's it like in St. Paul's Bay - Bugibba & Qawra in Malta. This video represents my personal opinion, plus the presented state of things here. Sustainability levels of this island are becoming exhausted.
St. Paul's Bay, Malta is a local council consisting of Bugibba, Qawra and St. Paul's Bay residential areas. Full of shops, restaurants, hotels and couple of local seafood stores. It is also the most populated town in Malta, and the town with most of the construction works after St. Julian's and Sliema.

Johnny FD Beer Meet-up ????????
Johnny FD decided to have a little meet-up here in Athens ???????? In the end, around 13 people showed up and we had a really great time at the designated restaurant. The two lovely twin-sisters who run the restaurant treated us a bottle of dry red wine on the house! Later on we headed to Six Dogs bar for some more drinks. We all agreed that seeing Johnny, despite never meeting him, was like meeting an old friend of ours.

The Areopagus (Mars Hill) Sunset And Beer At the Best View In Athens ????????
For the best panoramic view of Athens as well as the best place to enjoy the sunset, the Areapagus (Mars Hill) right next to the Acropolis is the place to be. There's a tiny bar in from of the Acropolis entrance where you can buy beer. You're welcome!

What's it Like OUTSIDE the Tourist Areas of Athens? ????????
We must start by correcting the intro of the video, this is our 2nd time in Greece, we visited Kos a while ago before we started the channel and had a bad experience there too when we got followed by a group of men into an alleyway but got out before anything happened thankfully!
We was debating on whether or not to return and decided to give the mainland a go and came to the capital of Greece, Athens...unfortunately, within the hour of being there we got pick-pocketed on the metro and realised we were staying in a rather dodgy looking area too.
Nonetheless we decided to go and explore the city, we were on edge for most of the day knowing that quick-handed thief's were on the hunt for tourists like us, but we pushed through and met some wonderful people, had some great food and saw some great views along the way.
This video does not seek to glorify (nor vilify) Athens in anyway but instead show you two sides of the city, the beauty and its great people and the dark underbelly with its crumbling graffitied buildings, thief's, scammers, beggars, people sleeping rough and the harsh reality that travelling here can be dangerous in parts.
With that all being said it was a memorable trip, that's for sure!
